The rotating blade on the cap is to shred the pulp for easy exit .. not so much to get more yield .. cutting must be accompanied by pressing for juice to be extracted

The noise of the Sana is covered up by music, why? Is it noisy, how many decibels it uses at the different settings?

I don't understand the rotating blade in the cap. How does it get 'one last bit of juice out' of the pulp, when the pulp is positioned at the exit? Many thanks.

The rotating blade is on the inner part of the cap, before the pulp exits the juicer. Some new celery juicers use a plastic or silicone insert on the inside of the cap to increase the pressure in the juicing chamber. The Sana 727 instead creates partial pressure with the rotating blade, and also cuts the pulp a bit more there.
