The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy this holiday season helping a local man gift $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho. Secret Santa is a real person who wants to remain anonymous and hopes to bless as many individuals in our community as he can.
Here is a collection of the surprises we have done in 2022 up until Dec. 3. We will continue to distribute gifts from Secret Santa until Dec. 31 and will post part 2 of our special at the end of December.

Dang. That first one tore me up.. she was so overwhelmed with the thousand dollars I was worried she was going to have a heart attack when she saw the car. What a sweet woman 😭 I'm not crying, my eyes are just sweating.

The man in the trailer that got 10k and can retire…..he was so moved. To think that he can retire and not work those long hrs that require getting up so early…..ughhh! I can’t stop crying
This man went from cranky scruge to an old softy. Prayers are always answered. Sometimes in ways we cannot even imagine. Secret Santa is a stellar human! May she/he feel the love his generosity creates.

I bought Christmas for five children this yr. I’m a Disabled veteran I’m not rich but I gave from my heart the parents so sad they are fighting this holiday season I had to call the police …. I bought so much over weeks and my sister who’s not in my state joined in to give children from two families a Christmas. We can all make a difference if we choose to it’s up to you. My Christmas wish was filled when I delivered their gifts they we’re shocked with so many packages and they know I truly love them I wish I could do more to fill the hearts of children in Pueblo sometimes it just a simple smile a kind word can touch a heart. This gal is wishing everyone a special Christmas/ Hanukkah or whatever faith you may be, the warmth and love of a special season
Not me rewatching another season of Secret Santa during the “off season” … this is the only program I run to when I’ve had a bad day, felt lonely, felt disparity, felt happiness, felt strong, felt week… it’s just INSPIRING! Thank you too every part of the show! It means so much!

It's 38 hot Celsius outside in Norway, and I'm here crying my eyes out while humming Christmas songs. I have figured out one thing - I'm so freaking privileged to be born here up north and for my back pain. To heck with it. Watching Phyllis at the age of 84, she could have run me off the track. Watching her, age is just a number. I had to pause for a tissue. This is just so inspiring.

Another fantastic year of Secret Santa helping people solve some of their problems. I watch every year and feel so happy for everyone. the old couple is what got me my grandma died last year of alzymers so i know the struggles and the emotion's he has to be getting through out the ordeal

I just wish I were wealthy enough to be a Secret Santa❤..I am unfortunately one that needs a Secret Santa though...I have a lot of health problems, and no transportation to go to the Dr. except for the trolleys, that cost more than I can afford..I have a fixed income that is barely enough to get by...but, I am thankful that I do have that...May God bless EVERYONE; not just the selected few....AMEN💖

One of the things I like about this Nate , are the names of the towns you visit. They are so strange to me . But of course , I also love the generosity of the Secret Santa! The surprises you hand out in presents sometimes makes me shed a tear and others a smile and warmth of my heart .
