- The first taste of rugby for Leicester Tigers centre Zoe Evans came from an urge to try something new. As she tells her teammate Meg Jones in this sit-down interview, she attended a local Allianz Inner Warrior (AIW) camp and, in her own words, the rest is history. AIW camps are one-off events which provide a welcoming and fun introduction to rugby. The scheme has already introduced over 25,000 women to the sport.
