I would guess that the battery will deplete faster than the charge?

Mine doesnt charge at all but it keeps the battery at the same percentage all the time. Mine shuts off due to everheating when in webcsm use. Forgot how long but probably 1.5hr

bro you didn't tell anything, does it support 60fps output as webcam? does the app support 1440p output as webcam?
Webcam mode up to 1080p 30 fps
works great, for all of about 30 seconds, then the video freezes and you have to unplug and replug the gopro. Every. Single Time. To the folks wondering, if you need a webcam buy a webcam. GoPro ain't it.
