All I got to say is just WOW. Ever since I saw Sam's video of these, I instantly knew I had to ride these when I come to SF. The sounds they make, and the way they run to me are just so intreging! I love Montgomery traction elevators, especially their freights. You have no idea how many times I've wanted to comment a timestamp on this video and say how much I love these elevators for what they are doing (sounds, etc). So... 2:58 OMG. Lol. These are also super unique - the hall lanterns that are mounted on the sides are awesome, especially with their bells. The fast doors and the loud sounds they make are also awesome, and that DC motor... my favorite part about Montgomery tractions. Also, it's amazing how these are in a set. I have still - even on modern day freights, have seen that implemented. Anyways, happy birthday dude.
Nice freight elevators, and the door warning chime is the same type of floor passing chime that Montgomery used on some of their custom installations. By the way, Happy Birthday and Happy Montgomery Day in honor of you.

It’s not a Montgomery, but it’s a Kone witch… was Montgomery at one point… Kind of LOL. But it’s the best I had. I hope you like it.
Interesting that the motor sound is different between the two - to me it sounds like the right car has a 6-pulse drive (probably the original SSC-6010 from when it was put in), while the left one sounds like it was upgraded with a 12-pulse drive of some sort at some point.

These are the coolest freight elevators ever. I like the bells they use. They are very fast and smooth. Montgomery made some good elevators :)
