What is the process of a trial?
The trial is a structured process where the facts of a case are presented to a jury, and they decide if the defendant is guilty or not guilty of the charge offered. During trial, the prosecutor uses witnesses and evidence to prove to the jury that the defendant committed the crime(s).

What is the procedure of a criminal trial in India?
The CrPC provides for the procedure to be followed during the proceedings to conclude the case. The Evidence Act provides what evidence is admissible and relevant during the trial. However, studying the IPC, the CrPC, and the Evidence Act separately will not make one understand the gist of Criminal Law.
ट्रायल केस क्या होता है?
चार्जशीट का मतलब है कि पुलिस ने पर्याप्त पूछताछ कर ली है और अपनी तरफ से जांच पूरी कर दी है. ट्रायल के दौरान अहम गवाहों ने आरोपी के खिलाफ बयान दिए हों तो भी आरोपी को बेल नहीं मिलेगी. मामला गंभीर हो और गवाहों को डराने या केस के प्रभावित होने का अंदेशा हो तो चार्ज फ्रेम होने के बाद भी जमानत नहीं मिलती.
कोर्ट में केस जाने के बाद क्या होता है?
ताकि कोर्ट में केस निष्पक्ष रूप से चलता रहे. अगर आरोपी व्यक्ति के खिलाफ गैर जमानती धारा हैं तो ऐसी स्थति में कोर्ट के आर्डर के तुरंत बाद आरोपी को जेल भेज दिया जाता हैं, फिर दुसरे दिन उस आरोपी की जमानत होती हैं जो की उसके द्वारा चुना गया वकील करवाता हैं.
रेगुलर क्रिमिनल केस क्या है?
ऐसे कानून का उल्लंघन जिसमें जनता या जनता के किसी सदस्य को चोट लगती है और जेल या जेल में सजा होती है, और/या संभव दंड के रूप में जुर्माना ।
गिरफ्तारी कैसे की जाती है?
(1) गिरफ्तारी (Arresting) करने में पुलिस अधिकारी (Police officer) या अन्य व्यक्ति, जो गिरफ्तारी कर रहा है, गिरफ्तार किए जाने वाले व्यक्ति के शरीर को वस्तुतः छुएगा या परिरुद्ध (touched or confined) करेगा, जब तक उसने वचन या कर्म (word or deed) द्वारा अपने को अभिरक्षा में समर्पित (devoted to custody) न कर दिया हो
कोर्ट का फैसला कैसे होता है?
जब भी फैसला लिखा जाए उसमें तथ्यों को लेकर स्पष्टता होनी चाहिए। मुकदमा लड़ रहे पक्षों की ओर से दी गई दलीलें हों। इसके बाद कानून के पहलू पर चर्चा हो और उसके बाद कारण दिया जाए। फिर अंतिम निष्कर्ष दिया जाना चाहिए और उसके बाद आदेश का आपरेटिव भाग (जो निर्देश हैं) दिया जाना चाहिए।
