That thing looks to be running very smooth. And very controllable. I would love to see it on a dirt or carpet track I bet it would hook up and take off and I'm sure it would carve corners. I would also like to see it on 3's.😂
I would love to do 3S and track duty in the future. Time is my enemy bud, with having a new project every month to post on the channel leaves me barely enough time to breathe. It’s crazy here with work family etc. Thank you again.

SCHUMACHER has always been one of the stand-alone brands, along with YOKOMO. These are the pinnacle in the RC industry. Beautiful build Luke, and something looks a bit familiar in the background. Have a great 4th Luke!

Very nice! It looks terrific and it is whisper quiet! The shockless front end is weird to me but I like it! The crash back system is a neat idea too! I love the paint job and you nailed that! Another great addition to you collection and thanks for sharing!
Thanks Addam, I’ve been busy lately with getting my studio done that I forgot to get the correct wing mounts for Top Cat as uses buttons and rings, I had to substitute/use some bolts so I could get the buggy on in time. So yeah it was a true pleasure to bring this to life and drove really good. I’ll definitely do some research on upgrading this in a future build. I believe Gavin is selling his Top Cat. I wish I could get that one as he has it hop up loaded and looks good.

I own a JDM MK1 Top Cat team car with original JDM electronics. Has a Team Shumacher Japan sticker on it. Wish I could find the driver that raced it. Only mod is a cougar front end conversion because the crash back system would jam up with dirt and stones and trow off the alignment.

I have the original 1989 cat XLS....i was 14 when it built it, gave it a makeover last year, new body, under tray, electrics, stock oem tires, belt, has same original intergrated drive belts from 89.....still works n drives well...no video tho😮😊😊

My brother built one back in the day when it came out, he was prolly 16 or 17 than he said it was really challenging, he already had lots of experience building rc10 and jrx2. So I'd say good job, I can't see many 14 test olds building one of them

Worst build I Have every done. And the best bit when I came to use it (just 4 months after building it ) all the rubber bands on the front and wing had perished.and just fell apart. I know they try to keep it as vintage as possible but really 😂
