I've been dying to try the new Lamborghini Aventador S ever since driving the Aventador SV earlier this year. The iconic V12 from this Lamborghini is out standing but the gearbox may be a sticking point - lets find out!

They're used to it. Many exotic dealerships allow potential customers to whip the car around. There's a well known guy who took a Ferrari F430 out for a drive and almost crashed (but saved it), but the salesman gave him a thumbs up for his driving skills!
Yea, big difference with the more exotic manufacturers. It's not Lamborgini but the first time I took a Porsche for a test drive the guy was a hero.

Turbos are for top speed, superchargers for acceleration. Why don’t they just do Aventador Twin Turbo Edition and Aventador Supercharged Edition.
Lamborghini will stay NA with all its flagship models... Also recently the CEO said they are staying NA V12 for the car after the Aventador too

yeah, me too. actually I'm buying two of them: one in RHD and one in LHD. that way I can drive them both at once by straddling the two sills with the driver's doors up... similar to Jean Claude Van Damme.

There are SO many car channels out there on youtube, the market is massively over saturated. You can look towards SOL, Shmee, STG etc; but I prefer yours. Why? because your editing is TOP notch, amazing job everytime. And there's a realness about the channel which you project, so you make cars exciting. It's not just one endless list of spewing out facts and figures, it's an deep understanding about the cars, which keeps bringing me back and ultimately subscribed.

Do you want all your cars with double clutch super smooth? Driving an Aventador is an event and the single clutch is part of their character I personally love it! this is not a DD car so buy the S or SV but BUY IT! :D

They can't fit a dct in there, that's why they have the horrid ISR box in the first place. The 'emotional' shifting excuse they keep making is just horse shit really, yet it sems to work well for the masses. Like you, for example.
Hugo Pedro it may add character, but the shove in the back of the neck Everytime you shift gets old really quickly, driving an Aventador is like playing a Mobile Game, it gets fun at first but you get bored of it later
Two Things that I like about Lamborghini Aventador S, is The Exhaust & The "Ego Mode".
And another thing is, I Love the "Sorry, I'm Sold" Sign.

I did the same run today in the same car with Craig. Based on the those rev's those were some serious speeds. Fell in love with it and ordered a spider. At low speed the gearbox is unrecognisable from the old one, in corsa if you don't lift of it bangs, hard.....But who cares it dances on the road. You cant drive any other supercar with two fingers. Not sure how they came to the conclusion its not "affordable" VWFS offer such a good residual on 18 month finance, it would cost the same per month as a Hurracan, 458 Spider or McLaren 720s.........Great car. Last of the dinosaurs.

Get one before is too late. Noone knows when Lamborghini might have to go to forced induction (excluding the Urus). The V12 Lamborghini is special, it has a sense of occasion like no other brand, so do it!!

I don't know why I'm saying this but the color on this Aventador S, Giallo Maggio really captures the essence of performance and beauty for what a Lambo stands for. Born to be tamed by the horns. Even drove a Huracan Coupe in gloss black with a Vorsteiner Spoiler and gloss black wheels and boy it was like a fast mosquito ready to bite its victim hard on the hwy's of FL. Please James consider adding an Aventador S to your already growing fleet.

That car makes popcorn every time you come off the throttle. Ridiculously epic. Lamborghini faithfully building the cars of boys dreams. Thirty years on Lamborghini will still be selling cars to the kids of today because of the cars they are building right now.

Huracan Performante is by far the best Lambo these days. AVS looks great and sounds great but Huracan Performante looks and sounds great as well as having a fantastic dual clutch gearbox and with it being smaller and lighter drives so much better
Lamborghini is by far my favorite manufacturer. But hell, it’s about time they invented a dual clutch automated manual. The single clutch is a huge step back.
Thanks for making me feel good about being in the US again. Did the conversion. 41.08 pounds is what that fill up would be here. 97 RON is the same as our 93, because we use (R+M)/2 to be different. lol.
