- In this vlog I spend the day in Ferrari Land at PortAventura World in Spain. Ferrari Land opened in April 2017 and is home to the tallest and fastest roller coaster in Europe, known as Red Force! In this video I share on ride footage from Red Force along with many of the other rides in this Ferrari themed park. I also check out the changes since my last visit, ride on Junior Red Force and much more!

Amazing front pov this park is getting better I remember when Andy went out there it was open to 1am and a brilliant night ride on red force . I think you like top thrill dragster a lot more as you mentioned it 14 times lol

So I'm currently in salou and staying in the sol Costa dourada with a great view straight at the park and red force 1 and during testing this morning we seen it do a rollback :)

You don't realise how big Red Force is until shots like 4:53 and 6:25. Massive. I need loads of training on hyperocasters before I can even dream of that

This is a great vlog, I totally agree about the cable launch being better in terms of force and the lsm launches have their place. The operations at both parks were great when we visited last year - a huge improvement from 2016.

This is definitely a half day park for me and I wish they'd just added it as a land in PortAventura, but I imagine they get car enthusiasts coming over just to see Ferrari Land.

Red force looks epic!!! I’ve watched the pigeon video and that was hilarious!! No wonder you’ve got to wear goggles on the front row!! Launch coasters make short hair go CRAZY!! Especially when you decided to ride stealth 4 times in a row as it’s got no queue
It sure is funny to watch, however it must of hurt!

I think that the Legends bit is intended for folk that love the history of the sport of F1 and Ferrari fans. It looked great from the footage you got though so thank you 🙏 If you are going to a Ferrari theme park then expect these kinds of fan service. This is for the fans and it looks pretty much on point. Have a fantastic trip
Last weekend, I went to my home park (P.A) and decided to go on Flying Dreams. After Enzo Ferrari’s pre-show, the doors opened and we continued through the cueue. My father and I stopped by the earth projection (18:32)and waited for someone to guide us to the next pre-show. However, everyone else exited through the emergency door thinking that it was the end of the ride🤣🤣. We couldn’t stop laughing🤣🤣. At the end, we only rode the simulator with 4 more people🤣🤣. Talk about good social distancing!!🤣🤣

I'm fairly sure Ferrari Land is gonna get major expansions within the next few years. The car park to the side of it I imagine will completely end up as the park. I'm hoping we'll also see at least one other major coaster in this park, something like Flying Aces at Ferrari World. Would contrast Shambhala brilliantly. Or even a B&M Flyer. I'm really just expecting Ferrari Land to be getting most of the resort's attention and investments as opposed to the other park, to make it more of a thorough second gate theme park, one which you will be able to spend a full day out, and they've already started the expansions.

Red force has to be one of my favourite rides just after shambala I went last year in October and it was so much different compared to Thorpe park and Alton Towers

The pre shows keep enough people occupied so the flow elsewhere is not as congested. It’s crowd management, but dead time you don’t notice as well.
Was on red force 4 times this afternoon, twice front seat and twice back seat (row 6) the back really rattles about alot.. the front is amazing and you get the googles 😎

I think Dragster is a better ride however the drop on Red Force is a bit better!

hi can you confirm if all rides are included in the entry pass? interested in ferrari roller coaster only will be going on tuesday or wednesday do you think in 4 hours i can do it without taking express entry?

Hey Shawn do you think universal in florida is worth it for my toddler and autistic 10 year old? We have disney booked so I'm unsure of if its worth getting tickets there to?
For young ones I’d say Disney is the better choice!
Whew! That's a lotta talkin'. I'm so glad we finally got a second ride on Red Force. Don't get me wrong, the off-ride shots are a cinematic masterpieces, but the thrill is on the ride.
When we went, we had front car, second row.....then I realised what goes up, must come down.....I dread to think what the people in the front thought of my choice words....needed a beer to calm me down...then my son went straight back on it! He'll do well in Florida next year!!
While i admit that Top Thrill Dragster is my favourite of the two i have to say i do like a straight down drop.

It has two coasters but one of them is a junior ride. PortAventura Park is the better one!

I’m looking forward to watching your niagra falls part of your trip. Are you visiting the theme park that you could see off in the distance of the falls? All I could see was a tower and heard they were closed in the winter so I didn’t bother even looking up the name. Wish you were coming out to Southern California so I track you down!

Shaun, do you remember in Portaventura where a guy gave you free chocolate cake in Bora Bora. I am from that family and we are going back to Portaventura next week and we have also done Cedar Point, Six Flags Great Adventure ,Magic Mountain and new England in the past few years. And we're thinking about doing Carowinds next year and Six Flags Over Georgia as its nearby! Its nice to see you're doing a trip through the US, its definitely where a lot of the giants are!

I think Ferrari Land is a good park, but it needs to expand more if it hopes to be a "true" 2nd gate to PortAdventurra. Right now, it is a half-day park in my opinion (similar to Walt Disney Studios Park). They need a few more E-ticket attractions before it will be a park that can have its own day dedicated to it on a vacation.
Hopefully they add another major coaster inside this park
We go for a week on Tuesday, and because we are staying all inclusive in El Paso, we get to eat in PitLane included with that. It's quite good actually. You get a three course meal at any self service restaurant in the parks!

@@jameschappell1526 When you get the ticket for your means, the writing on the bottom tells you all the restaurants included. But I know Bora Bora, Pitlane, Marco Polo, the Mexican one and the self service far west one are all included because we had eaten there.
None of the table service restaurants are included.

I’ve been here. The main ride was closed due to heat and we spent the full day there doing nothing I hated it. But the other parks were amazing
If you want a smooth ride on Kingda ka then sit as close to the front as you can
Thoroughly enjoyed all 3 vlogs Shawn, this place is definitely worth a combo ticket over a long weekend, I agree with the food and merch prices, only a mug would pay €26 for a mug, can't wait for the American series, will the light water valley and flamingo vlogs be up over the weekend?

For me - the trouble with Red Force or Stealth or those sorts of top hat coasters is that they do nothing after that drop. Having built up that speed, I want it to go on.

A5B when I went the longest I waited for a ride was 40 mins for Red Force, hope you have fun
So Sean, if Stealth gets to 84 in 1.9 seconds, and red force hits 112 in 5 secs, is red force more forceful than Stealth? I know it's faster and higher, bit for those of us who haven't been on top thrill, and have been on Stealth, how does it compare to Stealth?
TheMightyImp2 i know I can't answer that but I notice that this ride has only a lap bar restraint, unlike Stealth. Somehow I'd feel much more secure and safe on Stealth
