Of course, rain is only part of the struggle, the wind also has to be right as you well know. May as well stay home if the wind is blowing 15 to 20 mph. Forgot to ask! When you tighten the 6 bolts on the lower unit (the ones visible), do those have a specified torque and do you just tighten enough like an oil drain bolt? Just prepping to do mine!

  • @tommye77
    @tommye77 Před 10 měsíci +1

    Also have to ask- do you drain your oil each time or have you ever extracted it? There’s so many folks to tell me to not touch my drain bolt (I’ve done 3 change so far) and said overtime no matter how careful you are with torquing, it’ll eventually strip. I know manual says you can do either or, but torn on how to go about it in the future and if I have to worry. Thanks!

      I have never vaccumed one out ..I know it’s done a lot though…My years wrenching on many different boats I have never run into a stripped oil bolt. Sure it happens. As long as your getting all the oil out it should be fine. In my opinion

      Разница в заложенной программе в эбу и по " железу "-- распредвалы и всасывающий диффузор может быть разным диаметром. Отличие в 10 лошадиных сил по факту у шо в макс 90-115-150-175, и 25 сил у шо в макс 200-225-250 от "простых" версий плм. Так же по налогам есть плюс, берëшь мотор меньшей мощности, например шо в макс VF 150 и перепрошиваешь ему эбу на 200 сил( либо покупаешь эбу от ф200, переставляешь его на вф150 ) и получаешь 200 лошадей в итоге.Привет из России!
