- We have an awesome video for you today, this yard has been wayyy over due for a cleanup. The previous owner had to move out due to worsening alzheimer's and a family member told us unfortunately he has since passed away. The son now owns the property and we will be helping him to get this thing back into shape so it can be put on the market and into the hands of someone who can live on and enjoy it. The lot is quite big, grass is super tall in the front and outrageous in the back. Todays video will cover the front yard since it literally took us an entire day due to the massive amount of tree removal and next week we will hit the monster in the back. You guys are really gonna enjoy this one, my friend Joe came to help because the boys are in school and we were super sore after this one. Thanks for tuning in and we will see you on the other side of this project.

I love the work that the Blessing Boys do, I especially enjoy it when your sons are part of the job, they bring such joy and fun. Thank you for helping that gentleman keeping up his yard. My mother died from complications due to Alzheimer’s disease and my mother was lucky she had me and my brothers to take care of her and her home. What you’re doing for that gentleman is beyond generous and helpful. Alzheimer’s is a horrible disease.

I'm so glad that you used your mower to move the heavier branches. Kevin, the Lawn Care Juggernaut, does the same thing. He always says "Work smarter, not harder." I wish somehow you, Kevin, Spencer from S.B. Mowing, and Al Bladz could get together for a project. There are so many of you but you and your boys would love them as much as people love you. I agree also. Those to the right of the front door were way too close for comfort. That is a hugh lot with a lot of hugh problems. Use your mechanical equipment and save the wear and tear on your back. Can't wait for the backyard transformation.

It's great you actually had help on this beauty... gosh its a real diamond in the rough. Another family will bring back the love, this home gave to the original owner.....new memories. The lot has incredible curb appeal. Even on the road side.... what I'd do to this place.... cottage gardens, water feature, herb gardens, cobblestone patio, pergola with climbing roses..... bbbq area, maybe fish pond.

This yard, as you said, ended up not being able to be done for a while. Some of it was obvious, like a seedling tree in a hedge clump, but others not as obvious... the extensive hedge planting, a plant bordered bed in front... until the mowing starts putting the form back in. This is more like a Discovery, as there isn't anyone to ask about what they have, had. Glad you were cautious when you ran across the propane bottles. A pattern, other things could have been left or set down as well. It may be 35:38, when I nearly laughed that you were working on such an extensive project and right across the street are neatly kept homes. Good remembering you could tow with your mower. That was a lot of extensive heavy cutting and pulling. A wonderful improvement between you and your friend Joe.

I used to work for a lawn service when I was younger. The owner of the service always made the crew do the trimming first before mowing. This helped us find things that could possibly damage mowers. It also helped to clean up the trimmings as we mowed.
