- In the video "BIG Modern Family House | Very modern & realistic looking | No CC | Stop Motion Build | The Sims 4", I show you the house building process and the interior decoration of my "Big Modern Family House". For this house I used as always No Mods and No CC's.
Exterior: The exterior of this house is very close to nature and yet modern. I have oriented myself again to the style of a modern farmhouse for this house. Additionally you will find a modern pool outside with an outdoor shower and a comfortable sitting area with view on the pool. Behind it there is a small natural pond with a waterfall, a sitting area and a barbecue area.
Interior:
There are 5 bedrooms included. One master bedroom, two teenage bedrooms, one toddler bedroom and a separate guest room with a own bathroom. The house has a total of 3 bathrooms. The kitchen, the living room and the dining room have been designed according to an open living concept and include a very large additional gallery with sitting area.

First of all, you are so talented! And one thing I wish you could do in the sims is place down individual fish that move around. It would be soo cool if you could have koi ponds in houses like these with the huge fountains in the backyard!

I've only come across your youtube video just recently, but i've been a big fan of your builds for a while. I love the way you utilize base game furnitures and make it seem like it was from an alpha cc. Your ultra modern mansion is my personal fave. Though my only wish is that you would build more 30×20 lots since i would love to play a sims neighbourhood with your build's aesthetic.

@@sarina_sims I struggle with making stairs work the way I want them to with terrain manipulation, and getting them to connect to the foundation with the right amount of stairs, so any tips would be helpful!

What is your best tip for mastering the tool mod? I always rotate it the wrong way and don't seem to get it. For example an object which is | and i want it - , or the other way around.

Hey, I think you need to go to your gallery and click cc creations and it should be in your gallery once you've press the cc button. :)

You have to put the unzipped files into the tray folder, not into the mods folder. And the house does not contain CC 😊

If you have downloaded the house, you can find it in the downloads.
You have to unzip the file you find there.
The unzipped files are placed in the tray folder.
After that you start the game and find the house in your library 😊
