These prefabricated small community homes were built on The Quarry Build lot in Evergreen Harbor. This abandoned Quarry was reclaimed & repurposed. Each home has a different craft that your sims can learn to be self employed, just add a selling table and earn money. The electronics & hot tub can all be upgraded further minimizing the eco footprint . The quarry waters are shallow and have been cleaned & filtrated, so no worries about your sims' safety. You can use the rent option from DU and/or lock your doors accordingly.
Use bb.moveobjects right before placing.
Packs: Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Seasons, City Living, Get Together, Dine Out, Spa Day, Tiny Living, Laundry Day Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff.

I’m confused by the fact that you don’t have more followers than you do. Your Sims builds are by far more exceptional than the other “top” builders with huge channels. You deserve all the praise and we are not worthy. Please consider doing a save file! 👸🏻

@@chellebean8925 I completely agree!! Been following her when she has a couple thousand and couldn't figure out why she wasn't already at 200K. I've noticed other builders stealing her storytelling style at the end of their videos. It's not right but in the end @Schnuck channel blow up like it truly deserves.

I think the reason is that is stop motion .. I prefer the speed builds to stop motion.
I feel like I get more out of seeing it being build than just the finished product. - then I could just spend a few minutes to look at some pictures.

I've just ran across your channel and have watched at least 3 of your builds, and I must say, I am impressed.. as someone else mentioned, I love how you name each piece of art, furniture etc. you even show your viewers that you play test your lots by using sims to interact with things that have game play function and that's huge for me.. because there's nothing worse than having a creator just plop down a build on the gallery only to find that it isn't that playable simply because they were too lazy to play awhile and iron out routing issues, or things that were not "functionable".. that is a deal breaker for me .. I agree with others, you deserve more likes and followers.. so here's one more on me.
Aww thank you! That means a lot - I play test all my builds extensively and build with a sim on the lot, I feel that a build might be amazing looking, but if it don't work, it's worthless.
