And the test he does are all strange ones. FRS performance and frame gen on. i would take that if he showed the regular ones. 1080p, 1400p and 4K, all at max settings. That way its easy to compare against other machines. i used the Shadow of TR test to compare. It's around 60-65% of a 7700XT/4070 in terms of perfomance

If $999 is barebones, then the margin for earnings is ridiculously small.
Their AR900i is around $550 and the GPU even as a mobile retails for like $700 alone with the Oculink setup. I find it crazy that price.

I think we should satisfy ourselves with something good and stick to it. USB-4 has a bandwidth of 40Gbps, which is kinda slow. USB-5 and its 120Gbps would be the sweet spot IMO. ROG's XG Mobiles have a bandwidth of 80Gbps so that's why I think USB-5 could be a nice (and why not permanent) standard.

AMD and minisforum have done a great job here. I pulled the trigger and ordered this for a custom arcade cabinet I'm making for our game room as I really wanted a small form factor gaming PC compared to the full sized gaming pc currently in use for our current arcade cabinet. The lighter weight will be nice, seeing as the new cabinet will have moving parts to transform from an upright to a full sit-down racing setup.
