There is no "anti" skin color, there is no "racial segregation"...there is 'in-group preference'. And it has been tracked for about 6000 years that people feel more comfortable in groups that they share more in common with. Thats it. And when that group becomes too dangerous people will seperate themselves from that group or take help from other groups to stop the danger.
