Charlie's american accent is so good it was originally hard for me to believe that his British accent was the real one.

Maybe he's just always in character ;) He said in an interview while shooting he just keeps speaking in an American accent all the time because it's just easier than switching back-and-forth, so maybe he also keeps acting blind all the time too.
With interviews in Season one, he kept his eye gaze *normal*. I think he's just so into being Matt, he can't shake it when he interviews now. It's just a part of him and not just a gig anylonger.

Charlie's American accent is great. I would never have guessed he's British. For you British people out there -- what kind of British accent does he have? Is it upper class? It doesn't sound especially that way to me but my idea of an English upper class accent comes from period pieces like Downton Abbey. Maybe nobody talks like that anymore, I wouldn't know. I'm asking because I found on the web he's supposed to be descended from earls and baronets and such.
FYI English period pieces don't actually use the correct accent of the time, but more posh modern ones. An upper class Victorian accent would sound too comical for modern viewers!
He's got a pretty middle class accent tbh, like southern middle class I'd say, I'm not too great with accents though so I'm not 100% sure!
Standard South-East, middle-class accent. I wouldn't have him down as especially posh. Though it might seem that way as London and the South-East of England are wealthier than the rest of the UK.
He does sound slightly posh but not The Queen's level of posh. I'm from the north east of the country where our accent has a lot of slang words so when I hear him speak he does sound posh to me.

EVERY TIME YOU GET A BOMB ASS ACTRESS TO PLAY ELEKTRA AND THEY DO SUCH A GREAT JOB BUT THEN YOU GIVE HER SHIT STORY LINES.. happened with Jen Garner and now Elodie Yung. They are amaaazinghg but Damnnn they let elektra down. SHE HAS HER OWN and she can hold her own.

Kay2be2mr ..me too. I don't know why but I don't see her fit as Elektra. I would preffer Rosario Dawson as Elektra but she's already taken Claire's character.
Elodie is absolutely perfect as Elektra. She brings a believable intensity to the role. She has a great resemblance to the character and her black belt in karate gives her the confidence to play this character to the hilt. I think the character would become cartoonish if someone else was playing her.

its because her face puts a strong impression as would be wife, we dont want our wife to be working as electra, we want her to be feminine :)
In my opinion elektra was a big distraction in daredevil 2, I got so sick of her character because her chemistry with Matthew didn't feel real to me on the other hand Karen and matt worked perfectly. Seeing them together mad me feel so real and emotional at the same time. I dislike elektra as love interest for matt but I love her playing black sky, she is a bad ass and played negative role perfectly in defenders. I was disappointed that matt still loved her in defenders and thought of not watching daredevil 3, but now I'm happy because in the comic karen page is actually matts soulmate and most loved women for him. I wish and hope season 3 will bring the original elements of karen and matt relationship as it is in daredevil comic.
