If you're into phones and haven't heard of these brands you've been hiding under a rock and haven't done any searching. I'm tired of most sites that only focus on Apple, Samsung and Pixel. There are other brands out there with features these top three have never had.
I use a pixel, and in the country I'm in, people don't know about pixels. Samsung and Apple are the game players here so people think my phone is one of those off brand phones. Lots of people live under rocks

They never got banned for ohoen rested stuff. The yeas banned because they was the only company that could do 5g properly. Intel and friends that 12 to 18 months behind. Huawei for decades made up the back bone of broadband back bone. And most internet services providers used them to make there routers. All this was fine because it ran on the traditional internet so all nations could spy at will (look at wiki leaks, and look for "prism") The issue with 5g, and Huawei, and ipv6, and the speeds of 5g and that Huawei could handle it all from the chip in your phone (or any 5g device) and on the sending end. The only nation that could spy on you was china, because they have some ownership of Huawei. So America and Britain spun it as these are bad because china can spy. Which is true, but also not the whole story. The actual reason was WE can't spy on you if you using the Huawei kit. And because intel and friends was so far behind, and Huawei had all the contracts on the back bone end. They had to be removed. So true china can spy, but also true US, UK and friends couldn't, which was the actual issue. This is all true and you can search it all up. Start at looking up Prism (and I think at&T iirc).

It's even worse. In Asia the competition is fierce on midrange phones. In the US the midrange phone market is extremely limited. Samsung's A35 and A55 are hard to find and they also don't even offer the upper tier variants, such as the 12GB A55, because that's too similar to the $900 flagships. The West is stuck with overpriced phones of which most people use only half the features. And then they fight over iPhone and Android. 😅

Vivo for phones are great budget camera phones .They give flagship camera sensors to midrange phones and honor is honestly kinda underrated and Techno(along with co-brands Infinix and Itel) is like the Motorola of the South Asian phon market making good passable phones for under 150 dollars.

I’ve heard of all those brands. Chinese manufactures are popular worldwide except for the US. The only two Chinese companies that were able to gain traction here are Oppo (One plus) and Lenovo ( Moto.)
Motorola is actually just an American brand, but as you know, RAZR flip phones were becoming less popular. iPhones were the real deal, so Motorola had to split into two, the mobile one was bought by Lenovo.

In India We have Oppo OnePlus Realme Vivo and iqoo and fun fact all these brands are owned by bbk electronics china. We also have redmi poco owned by xiaomi, techno and infinix owned by techno, motorola, Samsung and last but not the least our own indian brand lava.
Most of the phones i mentioned are already very popular in India not just African countries. But Techo, Infinix and itel are the most popular in Africa currently.

Most of the phones i mentioned are already very popular in India not just African countries. But Techo, Infinix and itel are the most popular in Africa currently.
Nubia is such a weird name for a company (its a place in southern egypt and northern sudan).

Dude you have to try hawawis(ik i spelt that wrong) new phone it looks good and it feeos super premium for the price and they also have a fold phone which is my favorite folding phone
