Just a quick update, when you are changing the HDMI settings ensure "HDMI info display" is turned off.

Most welcome
Good vid thanks for this very helpful
No problem 👍Glad it helped
Like the presentation. One note. If you are planning on playing the Zoom audio output over the mixer you need to connect the aux out of the mixer and do a "Mix Minus" to prevent feedback from the Zoom audio out.
Thank you for sharing this.
Usually you need to add an audio delay in the ATEM software when using mic 1/2 inputs to keep it in sync with your video too.
Actually never had that happen before but someone did share that it happened with them. Maybe depending on your cable length?
@@cicmediaresources Nope if you have audio coming in MIC1, it is not processed with the video and will be faster than the video. If you connect the microphone to the camera audio and video will be in sync.
@@lvc394 thank you so much for this. Really helps.
Thanks dude! Yard man
Respek!

Very good video. One question, is is possible to bring in the Zoom (remote) audience from possibly a standalone laptop into the ATEM so the in person audience can see the remote viewers? I am trying to have a fully hybrid meeting.
Definitely possible. Is the output of your atem going to the screens? If not it would probably be better to find a solution that's puts them on screen in church but not into the atem. If you haven't bought them ATEM Mini as yet i'd suggest the Atem Constellation. It has several out puts and you can send any of your inputs to a specific output. (whether to a screen or confidence monitor etc)
Love your tutorial, where are you based in the uk
Thank you so much. Actually based in the Cayman Islands.
Thanks so much for this awesome information. One question please, In case I’m a guest in the zoom conference call how do I record my streaming from my end with this setup?
Most Welcome and thank you for the question. The best way to record would probably be using the built in record feature in Zoom. It will record the gallery view as well as the presenter view. And if you need a high quality copy of your own presentation you could record in camera (with the a6400 you probably would have to record at 1080 to be able to record and output through the HDMI) or you could get a HDMI recorder and record the program out of the ATEM Mini. I think those are the best two recording options.
@@cicmediaresources Thanks for your response
I am using Atem extreme for church and that’s what I am using as my stream encoder also. How do I get the zoom audio from the computer to the church audience and don’t have a feedback allowing the person on zoom not to hear themselves coming back through the audience microphone? Please note that the mixer I am using is a normal analog mixing console.
Hi Will, did you get this resolved? I think you may have to mute Zoom when the person is speaking so the audio doesn't loop into the software. I know some folks look into virtual cables but to be honest I am not familiar with virtual cables.
wonderul video .i have a question ,i just got a new windows 11 computer but the display for the output screens is not working , but when i use a windows 10 computer every thing works , any help would be appreciated .
Hey, so I have been thinking about your question, but I am not sure what you meant. (Sorry I overlooked this comment). Did you get it fixed?
does anybody know whether it possible to connect zoom H5(or 6) as an audio interface with a few mics on to Atem Mini Pro and keep a control over mics as good as video stream like switching them, balancing audio signal and then sending audio and video to Zoom conference?
I’ve used the H4n by using a 3.5 mm cable from the headphone out of the H4 and into the Sony a6400 ( used it to on a shoot where I used xlr microphones ). Its the same concept for the Atem Mini. However you would have to keep a close eye on the record volume and headphone/ line volume.
Do you need additional ajustment in the Atem Software itself to block audio coming from the HDMI source if your mixer is your only audio input source?
Hey, great question. Recently I have been asked a lot about this. Some folks reached out to say they had an echo in the audio. I suggested turning down the audio in the camera, which solved their issue. But that did not require the Atem Software... So usually, I recommend turning down the camera audio and selecting the audio source on the switcher.
My previous comment made no sense. Apologies 🙏
I'm Having problems with PowerPoint while streaming from the Atem into zoom(using a PC loaded with PP slides feeding into the ATEM switcher ), this would lower the quality of the wording in PPT and kinda make them blurry and almost annoying to read. any suggestion. as I love using the Atem mini pro, and would like to use it more with zoom for conferences.
Hey Rob, thank you so much for reaching out. I'm sorry you are having this issue; I know it must be frustrating. I'm wondering if the challenge you are having is a resolution challenge. Usually, for PowerPoint, I would plug the computer in and set the display mode to extended. Then in PowerPoint, I would use the presenter mode, so when you select slideshow, the slides come up on the extended screen (in the stem), and the notes and other stuff appear on the computer display. Can you confirm if this is how you are using your PowerPoint?
Also, it wouldn't hurt to double-check if your extended screen resolution is at least 1920x1080.
@@cicmediaresources It's zoom. they naturally drop resolution when the system thinks the source is a camera input and drop it to 360p or lower. a bad thing for the Atem switcher when using PPt. but great for cameras.
Have you also enabled HD in your video settings? You can read more about this here: support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115002595343-Enhancing-your-video-in-Zoom
@@cicmediaresources Yep that's on by default by our company default settings
@@shadowfox_117 Yeah. Are you able to talk with someone in the company to change to HD Video calls? You can get 720p for pro accounts and up to 1080p for business and enterprise.
Please sir need help setup.pls
Hey. If you have a question you can go ahead and ask, I will share with you what I know that can help.
this video is good but should the Audio unmuted on zoom
Yes. When you plug in the Atem mini and it is set as the microphone, you will have to unmute on Zoom.
@cicmediaresources6272 so won't the backround sound be captured for example if I unmute myself
No, only the audio going through the atem will go through zoom. As long as the atem is selected as the microphone. I know some persons get unwanted background noise sometimes from the microphone on their camera ( they get chatter from operators or persons close to the camera ) That can be resolved but turning down the microphone audio in camera.@@irenesanjay
What camera is used in the video
Any good recommendations for a small church
In the video we used the Sony a6400. If your church is small that's a great way to start as it can do very good photos and very good videos.@@irenesanjay
