TIMING CHAIN MARKS AND TIMING CHAIN INSTALLATION DODGE DART 2.4
If you have Dodge Dart with 2.4 multiair engine and you are trying to find the timing marks for the timing chain in case you remove or replaced your timing chain we will explain that in this video. It is important to install the timing chain by following the timing marks or you may end up needing new engine. According to the manual the timing chain is not a serviceable item. However, we have had multiple timing chain failures on different cars ( makes and models) that is why we think it is a good idea to replace the timing chain and tensioner. We demonstrated the timing marks on 2013 Dodge Dart 2.4 Multiair but it should work for the whole generation Dodge Dart.

It's best to change your timing chain every 100 miles. That's what I do. :)
