- Part of the curriculum of the Nevada DPS Police Academy is the TASER Training Course. Cadets are taught how to use the TASER. Included in the training is exposure to the device or getting tased. The exposure training highlights its capabilities and limitations. Scenario based training is also done to show where TASER use is in the Use of Force Continuum. Students are required to set up their Taser in a cross draw or off hand draw to avoid officers mistake / mistaking the gun for their Taser (taser gun mistake).
Filmed with the Sony FX3 and 24mm f/1.4 GM. Audio was captured on the Rode VideoMicro.
Imagine how this looks to aliens. Peopel randomly screaming in pain, kissing the floor with the help of their friends, then the congregation around them hits their hands together to commemorate it
Similar to how Christian retreats make people get holy spirit. Don't allow of them fall when they recieve holy spirit?
the “AGH- DANGER ZONE‼️‼️” has me rolling 1:58
4:20 ate that shit idc
this is good to learn, but imagine how painful oh my😣
We pray they learn to use the taser well. We would rather they make their mistakes at the Academy than in the field.
It hurts like hell. 🥴
My son-in-law is about to go through this and to some it may look funny but it brought me to tears. I worry about him because it looks so painful.
I pray your son has a safe and fine career in law enforcement.
The guy at 1:28-1:32. LMAO!
May 28th is my taser day. I'll report back lol
Good luck!
@@mikelaputt absolute worst pain I've ever felt. Still have burn marks that are getting pus in the middle. Felt like someone welded a jackhammer to my spine while it was turned on.
The OC was even worse. Couldn't drive myself home, or to work the next day. That one felt like bobbing for French fries in a deep fryer. They sprayed my face with water, then the 0.7% oil based, then more water.
Never doing either one of those things again, I'll work at McDonald's if I have to lol. Fortunately I don't have to though.
@TaylorShawn, good to hear you made it through both. I wish you the best of luck and a long, safe career. Try every specialty there is until you find what you enjoy.
0:10 This Black Man Made Me Laugh so hard had me Dying
That protein guy was dope 😂
Man before smith was singing Opera
That dude at 4:17 definitely smoked some weed and took cbd before coming lol
I got tased today and it’s not fun
Did the videos prepare you for what came to be? I’m curious to know if the experience is similar in other places.
2:34 he sounds like ishowspeed when he rages
I had to do this twice. It’s as awfull as it looks. The feeling and pain is un describable
Look up “US Marines and Sailors Taser Training” it’s hard not to laugh

Why?
To learn.
They do it to not only know what they’re firing, but also because if you get in legal issues with lawyers working against you, one of the first things they’ll ask you is if you’ve been tased before, if you say no, you’ll open a lot of windows of opportunity to make your use of force seem excessive. Things like “so you didn’t want to get tased in training because it would hurt a lot but you think it’s okay to tase a person that’s not you?”
@@KinguKirimuzon this is a great explanation. Something similar is discussed in training, but, this is easier to understand.
@@KinguKirimuzon That makes sense thank you
@@KinguKirimuzon The same can be said about shooting a gun. But this does not mean that every police officer should be shot with a real gun during training.
Interesting video.
BENİDE ALIN BENDE YAPARIM SESİM BİLE ÇIKMAZ
Ses çıkarmayanlarla ilgili bir teorim var. Sanırım nefes verirken onları yakalıyor.
