It makes me remember the day I was feeling lazy to go buy cassava dough and prepared my banku with kokonte flour. 😂😂

Yes Tatiana you and Auntie, gets along very well. She explains the recipe so well, and at the same time learning English. The food looks great and I trust someday to learn your language. Blessings!

Sis Hajara is a great cook and very neat too.I love ur videos Tati🎉
Hi..hope you are doing well .
Great video keep filming take care and blessings !
How you know a good cook, they use little or no water to stem the fish or meat. Sis hajara is the best. Gosh I miss okra with a good slime. This meal looks good.
I disagree with you. Sometimes people add water to their meat to get enough stock and also some meats are so hard that they need enough water to boil. We all know that steaming doesn't require water but sometimes it very necessary my dear so please come again on that
When you steam your meat or fish, you put in an empty pot, add the onion, peppers, all the spices in it and cover for a few minutes (that allows the meat/fish to bring out the water it has and absorb the spices ).You steam for a while the add more water. That would give the stock you are talking about. I’m not saying that you won’t add water at all.
Try this process and see that the meat or fish is tastier compared to when you add the meat/fish, spices and water.
Africa is Africa i can see resemblance to my country Tanzania in every aspect
Awwwwwww something new, this really looks yummy 😋 😍 she is a whole mood 😂thanks for sharing 😊
Yummy!!!
Thanks for sharing I love sis Hajara she is very nice..
Oh my god, I really want to try this dish. Looks really delicious. I also love how youre eating with your hands, as we doing it in our culture too. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Tomatoes reduces the slimy nature...the more tomatoes u add, the more you loose the Okra's slimy nature.
Beautiful..I like my banku this soft so I will opt for 'bante' 😍
One of my friend she's from ghana! Gosh! I miss her so badly, i hope i can meet her again m, love from Philippines 🇵🇭
Do you remember her name, maybe she’s watching you never know give her a shout out.
As a pescatarian I'd love to try this dish!
Taty! Love seeing the two of you together and it is always fire💥💥💥! And being the biggest fan of Sister Ajara, her English is always on point, and I just smile at her mix of English and Twi. It is fun to listen to and she speaks well📚. And she is right in saying that her English is extraordinary! Really liked how she laid out all the ingredients and spoke to the process🥣🍴. Makes it easy to follow. She is slowly but surely teaching some of the CZcams audience how to cook the meals she displays. The food looks wow! At the tail-end I could tell you all were really enjoying it. The camera quality is great and the images make the food look amazing and appetizing📷🥣! Now what is amazing is that Sister Ajara puts in salt and seasoning without measuring. That is a commendable trait, and she is the best of the best. Thank you for sharing her with us through your lenses and platform. Your content is the best and keep it coming!
Thanks my boss may God bless you very much and your family
Yummy

Plenty tomatoes also takes out the slim
To think I will be making banku and okro stew for lunch just to come on here and see this video😳🤣. I don't have kokonte flour. I would have tried it. I will try it soon🤣
Hajara made me laugh in capital letters 😅😂😊
😎👍😎👍
I think it’s the specie ok okro that tells the slime. The ones from back home Africa is definitely different from the one in the states, those ones have got no slime in them
Buy the fresh ones from an African market
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Please could you make a video of how to make yam balls for sale
Tati, the way you say the Banku is done yea

If you want your okra very slimy, do not add tomatoes or tomato paste.
She didn't add salt

Please try to remove the dirty from the fish head🐟😊
