- Why I like to start my mornings in Real Estate early ... but not this early. Written to-do lists is a great visual to keep you focused on your priorities when you're in the hectic fast paced life of sales.
When I'm on a 5am shift and it's my coffee break I stand outside with coffee and just watch the world go by aswell, I don't know what it is, it's just nice 🤣

It would be nice to see a vid where you would compare the real estate business in canada and finland. The basic concepts probably are pretty same but i assume there is a lot of difference in law and practices as there probably are with canadian and finnish apartments
It's in the works but I have a lot more information to get together.

Your system sounds a lot like mine. I like to wake up early and prepare for the day in peace. Drink coffee. My calendar is full of notes and post it notes. 😊

haha.. it's me. I like the pen and it was the same style as my other pens so I just put the red cartridge in it.

How's life been in real estate sales in Finland?
Well, for me the older I get, earlier I wake up. 6 hrs sleep is a max. And it's fine, gets me through the day fine
I hear ya. I can go several days with only a few hours BUT then I do need a night to catch up and get back on track.
And how is the conscript doing? Btw, any coffee drunk after 3 p.m. keeps me awake at night. Tea is milder. Have some Muumitee or maybe Emperor's Bride

Huomenta. a green pen that writes red, how Christmas like. Do you use spreadsheets for tracking work life? I like to do that because I sometimes can't read my own writing.
It is an amazing pen! Much of the longer term progress and tracking and contacts do go to a spreadsheet yes.
