A project that was revived in the serene and quiet township of Ara Damansara. With the connection to Bandar Utama, Subang, Kota Damansara, and Tropicana, this address has the ideal accessibility, especially after the new MRT completed. The interesting part would be the skeptical impression on the project by the public due to the history, but with the new retail stretch and famous franchise coming in, this property has very promising potential.. especially the premium block! Even driving around makes you feel 'atas' as it's surrounded by exclusive landed residences=)
Thank you for this review. You forgot to mention that across the road from Maisson is entry to a huge public park which has a lake, basketball courts & running trail, hence why they call it "Maisson by the Park". The LRT station is down the road (12 mins walk). MRT also near & accessible by a shuttle bus every 10 mins or so.

Hey J, I would suggest to check out property platforms online for the latest price such as iproperty, or property guru, and etc. As this video is time stamped in 2017 so this would be a great reference for historical property price for everyone.

The tile job doesn't look good at all.
It was an abandon project earlier. So the fact it was completed was such an achievement for the new developer. If you're looking for a better one, there's one tower which is new.
