I stay in magarpatta city and we dont have to pay any maintenance cost as we had paid one time maintenance while purchase and that was very minimum cost, why all builders dont do these type of one time maintainence and keep that amount in society fixed deposit fund and on that interest society can do its maintenance.

I am planning to buy a garden flat in kharadi which is around 2000 sqft of garden/ podium area which is not part of Index 2 but it's only accessible from my flat. So is it the correct deal .
