    Hi. Did you feel any sort of vibration with the stock clamps ?
    I mean do we need an additional metal top rack plate to place the stock ABS plate ?
    This video is very useful.

    • @abspossible
      @abspossible  Před 4 lety

      Thanks Man, so far no vibrations at all. The bottom plate is very sturdy and since it's plastic it absorbs shocks very well.
      I guess a metal plate would be noisier. I would recommend getting a reinforced rack from Zana if you plan to put a lot of stuff in the box.

    do encounter noises from the top box during uour rides?

    • @abspossible
      @abspossible  Před 3 lety +1

      Bro TBH, I got this after the pandemic hit in 2020 so haven't been on any long rides but I did go on several short rides and the answer to your question is Yes it does make a little noise if you go over speed bumps or bad road at high speed..
      Having said that it has never been a bother to me, I barely hear anything with my helmet and I will be using this on longer rides mostly so it shouldn't be any problem on the highways.
      I would still recommend this despite the small issues as it is the most bang for the buck.

    Does the SH29 take a full face helmet, please? Is the 29 the smallest in the range?? Regards, Nick

    • @abspossible
      @abspossible  Před 3 lety

      Depends on the helmet, I own a MT Mugello full face touring helmet, it takes that and still has room for gloves. My guess is if you own a taller helmet it might be an issue. To Box dimensions are Width: 40 cm; Height: 30 cm; Depth: 38 cm, so you can judge.
      Yes, 29 litre was the smallest I found, you can check the range at www.bikenbiker.com/collections/shad-top-cases

      Not yet, but i have done just one long ride with it. I primarily use it for short distances, instead of carrying a bag, and once a few months i just check on the nuts of the base plate and tighten if needed.

      I attached it to stock rack and avoid using it off road, on highways and city commute not facing any issues, try adding some rubber washers for some sturdiness but a little wobble is expected.

    • @abspossible
      @abspossible  Před 3 lety

      Zana rack is reinforced at the bottom providing more sturdiness so it's definately recommended.
