Your patience and artistry on this project had me saying "it's going to be beautiful". You find a way to make it work and fulfill your vision....no matter the extra steps or time. ❤❤ I quite like that😊
Looks great, Cade. I’ve been meaning to make concrete planters myself, so I’m glad to see this process. I was thinking of using burlap to reinforce though.
Very nice! The pots I made last summer using your methods and technique held up during the winter. So I plan on making more this year. Can’t wait to try this method.
Awesome watching you mix up the grout, cement, and bonding formula it's like a mad scientist meets the creative pottery outlaw. I love your work. You never fail to amaze. I think I'm going to give the towels in the slurry mix a bash. It should make for a lighter pot. I never used the bonding solution in my cement projects so I think I'll add that this time around for the pot I want to make. Great video Mr Cade you just gotta trust the process cement projects take time but the finished product is so worth it in the end.
Oh man it’s so nice to receive such generous feedback 😊. I’m getting more confident with the slurry mixes and it’s always a little improvisational, which makes a quite fun. I loved doing this project for sure. See ya soon and thanks, as always!
Came out beautiful! Cade you need to try pottery. Take some lessons to see if you like it. I bet you would be awesome at it! The way you use your hands I know you would be good at it. Love you from Mrs. Gwen 🥰
LOve this video and I will try it. I always loved French oil jars which were found buried in South Louisiana and they had been in the ground for over 200 years . They were left by the French settlers but if you were to buy one- these original jars are very expens
Wow, that’s so fascinating. I didn’t know that they are found in New Orleans but that’s so cool. Thank you so much for sharing that and for watching. I so appreciate it. Take care. Have a great day.
