I purchased my 2016 focus from a dealership in 2022, and it’s been nothing but problems since. I’ve replaced my transmission & my clutch twice in under 7 months. Even after replacing the second time, it’s still jerking forward while driving and braking & delayed gear shift. I filed for a buy back so fingers crossed I can be DONE with this car!! 🤞🏼
Also, I only found out about this because I was inquiring about lemon law and I reached out to many different attorneys, one informed me he could not take my case because my car was under a class action lawsuit and here I am.
I own a 2012 Focus. I bought the car new in Israel where I live part of the year. The transmission shuts down in stop and go traffic forcing me to pull off the road before the car shuts down. I was instructed to turn off the engine and wait 5 to 10 minutes. Restart the car and pray the error cleared. Are there any processes for people who own cars outside the US? I've received some money from Ford many years ago. Work was done and the transmission has been flashed several times. The reason I've had to hold on tot he car is bercause there is ZERO resell value on this car. Sucks. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks for posting.
Wow! Good to know, just gave one of them lemin cars to good will for that transmission. 3 clutches later and two control modules. Out of pocket expense on one of them 🤬.
So you will use the discount certificate on ANOTHER Ford product that will have a RECALL LOL , this car & WATCHING all the Ford recalls since such we have decided to NOT buy ANY Ford products again
Been part of the Mass Action or Class Action suit for 8 years, whichever one is not finalized yet and nothing YET!!!
That settlement is actually really clever the way it ramps up to two grand.
I'm glad you clarified that kaplouise is a technical term. I made a leap of faith that it was a Latin legal rerm..😁
A FAN
Wow! That's Heavy brother 😎

I went to arbitration without a lawyer. I got dickered.
I filed a claim and just called to follow up and it says it's still processing
Now I'm going through arbitration with Capmotors, and I'm confused as heck...
@@madamebutterfly3851hey! I’m currently going through the same procedure with them as well… any luck?
Wow is it possible a corporation owned up? Shocking
That's why Ford trucks cost so much!! That's how they are paying for this settlement!!

Exactly! This is my first Ford ever and I REFUSE to purchase one ever again. This has been so stressful and I’ve lost so much money.
