I'm almost crying! This actually worked. Thank you so much! I gave up months ago trying to solve this and today i thought I'd try again. Even though I only have one login I think I forgot xxx\ before my usename that my company requires and wasn't getting the option "Use a different account" to login and this solution cleared the mistake.
