For some reason as of 4.20 the ghost's in the Pac Man game don't want to move. I found a warning in the ghostBP that I fixed, but with or without the fix the ghosts don't leave the corral.
Yeah I tried that too and i'm not sure what's going on. Sometimes the ghosts will randomly leave their corral, but usually only one or two of them. One will spazz out sometimes, they usually only make it to one corner and then just stop.

maybe you need to rebuild the navmesh !

Hurm. Weird. I just recreated the project and did a rebuild and then it worked. Very odd!
