Making Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos Locos Tacos

Taco Bell offers a nacho cheese Dorito-flavored crunchy taco, so I wanted to re-make it, but with the flavors of the spicy sweet chili Doritos. S/o Daniel for the idea. This just involves re-creating that signature seasoning, and making the beef as similar to Taco Bell’s as possible, along with a few other flavor upgrades

Ingredients:
Sweet spicy chili seasoning:
-2 tsp red chili powder
-2 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp salt
-2 tsp MSG
-2 tsp sugar
-1 tsp soy sauce powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp ground ginger
This made enough for 10 corn tortillas
Beef:
-1 lb 80% lean ground beef
-2 tbsp tomato paste
-1 tbsp flour
-1 tbsp onion powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp chipotle chili powder
-1 tsp ground cumin
-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 beef bouillon cube
-1/4 tsp sugar
-1/2 cup water
Chipotle lime crema:
-1 cup sour cream
-juice from 1/2 lime
-1 tbsp sauce from canned chipotles en adobo
Top with shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, diced onion & cilantro
