My channel is all about at home body sculpting and body contouring, thank you for joining me today.
Research:
Ultrasonic or ultrasound cavitation is the use of ultrasound technology to break down fat cells below the skin. It is a non-surgical method of reducing cellulite and localized fat.
This procedure involves applying pressure on fat cells through ultrasonic vibrations. The pressure is high enough to make the fat cells break down into a liquid form. The body can then get rid of it as waste through your urine.

Cryolipolysis isn't surgery and doesn't use needles. The device holds the part of your body your doctor wants to target between two paddles. The paddles cool quickly and your doctor leaves them in place for about 35 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. During that time, the process destroys about 20%-25% of the fat cells in the area that's targeted.

I cannot thank you enough for your channel. I received my SShape Pro in three days!! I'm just going over the equipment carefully (a little distressed there is no manual?),. I'm going to check to see if it was electronically attached to my invoice etc??. I have crazy issue that my adipose fat is painful - my doctor recommended a ketogenic diet and dry brushing, and low inflammation diet to encourage healthy lymphatic flow. I'm super disciplined and have lost weight but the cellulite is still very tender and so I'm trying this. Your sincere approach and reviews are the reason I chose to purchase. Thank you so much for your channel. Your story is so inspirational to me and made me cry. I'm on steroids daily for life due to Addison's Disease. The steroids have saved my life, but what it's done to my body at 40 has destroyed my confidence in many ways. I'm slim, but now I have a double chin and a chubby face. My upper arms and thighs have become larger as has my tummy. It's shocking what these meds can do! I'm hoping i can change things around like you. Hi Joan. I have been binge watching your videos because a company sent me their 5 N 1 machine to review and I had no idea what cavation was.. just really wanted the RF. This is the last video I have watched. I was diagnosed in 2000 with RA and had to battle prednisone too.....I felt your pain! I was put on Enbrel and got off the prednisone. In 2018 I started WW and started walking and exercise...lost 45 lbs..gained a bit back but working on it. Thank you for putting your story out there.

Hello, thanks for watching my video. :) That's a tough question. I like cryo (fat freezing) because it's permanent. I like cavitation because it's easy and you get results fast. Radio Frequency because it tightens the skin and LLLT because of all three.

This video needs to be viewed by ladies who are on prednisone to treat the side effects. Prednisone is that “necessary evil” drug that helps with autoimmune conditions but it causes the dreaded moon face and the pregnant belly, even if one eats healthy and stays within their calories. You are proof that these treatments (cryolipolysis, microcurrent, radiofrequency) work. While the videos focus on the DIY aspect, they’re still beneficial to those who would rather have the professional treatment. If someone has the $$$ and wants the professional treatments, they can do it with confidence that they won’t waste their money because this video proves that they work.

62yo male and I just bought a KIM8 6-in-1 w/laser (led) lipo for $227 shipped and will start my journey this weekend. Target areas: Upper and lower spare tires, chest, upper arms, abs and pubic triangle. I only have two things to say. 1. Thanks for your channel and all the info! And 2, it is PREDNISONE, not predazone. pronounced pred' ni sone. Generic name: methylprednisolone (oral) [ METH-il-pred-NIS-oh-lone ] I had to take FOUR one week packs simultaneously. (instead of taking 2, 1, 1, & 2, the first day, I took 8, 4, 4 &, 8) I got the angries, but no weight gain since it was only one week.
I have been using the Equate Anti-wrinkle cream on my face for over 5 years and it's the best secret around. Crap, it's not a secret now.... Go get it! $9 a tube, it goes for months and it works! (pro retinol A)

I’m so glad that worked for you! I have lipedema so I started looking for ways to get rid of fat. Cryolipolysis is not recommended for lipedema, since it’s not real fat, it’s fibrous, but I liked the idea so much, I got certified and started a business helping other people. RF is OK to do on lipedema fat so that’s what I’m learning now. I also added red light therapy to my business and that has helped me also.
The Cryo body sculpting that I do is with the Kaasen. It doesn’t leave bruises on you and there have never been any instances of clients getting PAH like cool sculpting can. But I’m going to check out what you have used.

Hi Anita, it depends on the frequency, anything higher then a 1mhz can cause fat loss. 1Mhz is pretty safe in my opinion. :)

If your vacuum is hurting you, it's turned up to high. You should have a silver knob on the side or top of your machine, use that to turn the suction down. I have several videos that cover these questions I will link them below so you can check them out. Thanks for watching. :)

Hello, thanks for watching my video. In my opinion the S-Shape is the one, you can do your whole body with this machine. There are three versions of it so one of the should fit your budget. The first one does not have lipo pads, the second one has 5mW lipo pads for skin tightening, the third one has 160mW lipo pads for fat loss. YAY!! I am so excited for you, Ayla. :) You can do your treatments every three days. It takes three days for your body to expel the toxins. As far as all those areas in one treatment, that's a lot. When starting something new like this I would say, do one area at a time to see how your body is going to react. Lease is more, especially if this is your first time. The membranes are called "antifreeze membranes." Are they just towels dipped in antifreeze like you would use as engine coolant?

I have a 40k Zeny 5 in 1 cavitation machine I got for free when someone's roommate moved out and left it behind. I can't find anything on their website about the instructions. There's 20 levels on intensity for the cavitation probe and modes A,B,C,D. I want to do my stomach but I'm unsure which level of intensity is ok to start and is it safe to turn it up to level 20 later on or would that be unsafe period? Do u have any ideas about the different modes? I appreciate any help, thanks.
Hello, I have not heard of that machine. I never suggest anyone start at the highest level, you don't know how your body will react to the treatments, everyone is different. I personally would start at a level 5 and work my way up. You could probably email the maker for a manual. Thanks for watching. :)

It's very easy to hurt yourself if your not careful with these cryo machines. It also comes with everything you need 4 handles, anti freeze membranes you just need to add water. I just started cavitation and I was wondering how long it takes your body to expel the fat cells? I have had 3 treatments on my thighs and 1 on my stomach im 124 lbs 5’ tall . I feel like skin is tighter but legs are not small and still have pat pockets . I’m not much overweight maybe 10 -12 lbs. I want to buy a machine but I want to know that it’s worth it and will eventually start to show on my body
It takes at least three days for your body to expel the drained fluid. Pre/post care are also VERY important. Drinking a lot of water will help to flush out your lymph system. If you are getting professional treatments they should give you a guide. If not you can watch my detox video, it explains everything.

Typically it can take 3-6 sessions before seeing results. But I usually see them immediately. If your doing cavitation and not seeing results it could be your conductive medium. Thanks for watching. :)

I have the Bruun 6 in 1 machine that has quit working after 1 month.
Can you recommend a repair service you have used. The machine gets power, the computer screen works but none of the attachments work. Seems like a short to the main unit inside, but cant find anyone local to help me. Thanks!

Do you know if the abdominal sculpting machines have RF as well? I am looking to buy 4 handles but would like the RF in the 2 main handles. Also, can each of the 4 handles be programed separately?
Hello, this machine does not have RF. The four handles can be used at the same time, but, they can not be programed separately.
@@Beautyover50onabudget I don’t like that! Mostly bc my arms and legs would have different sensitivity. But it does beat paying 4K just for one round of treatments lol Rather have the option to have my own machine

Hi Kelly, thanks for watching my video. :) I used the cryo machine once all over my body (about 2 months) then followed with cav every three days for 7 treatments (about a month). Then did a second round of cryo and cav.
Pretty sure I gained arm muscles just from having to move the cavi and rf handles myself instead of having a someone else do it 😂😂
