Joan I just started with machine and I have my RF energy set at 3 as well. It doesn’t fell warm as I’m doing it but my thighs do feel warm on the inside after. How do you know when to start moving it up to a higher energy? Do you get better results the higher the setting? Can you still get results with a 3 or 4? Thanks for you helpful info. If your looking for skin tightening only stay at a lower level, if your looking for fat loss you can start raising the temp as you tolerate it. Be sure to wear a compression garment after to support the skin tightening process. Hope this helps. :)

@@Szepi78 The chin is a sensitive area, I would not lower the temp. I have a temp/time in the community tab section of my channel you can check that out for the best times and temps. Redness can occur after cryo. :)

You can use the S-Shape on everything you listed, but you should only do one area at a time. In that area do 7-10 treatments three days apart. Then once done with that area will usually take about 30 days, more on to the next area.

Question, I have done some research and can’t seem to find an exact answer. Do you split up your Cavitation / RF / Laser Lipo combo and HIEMT with Magic Sculpt EMS/EMT treatments. Example: Monday - Cavitation & HIEMT or like Monday - Cavitation Tuesday - HIEMT Does that make sense?

I have the S Shape machine and I have only done a 3 on the radio frequency. I can't imagine how hot it is at 10.

You should never repeat an area for at least 30 days. I am not sure I understand the chin question.

Why don't you use the lipo pads on the other machine, what is the difference between the pads on the two machines, just the size?
The smaller ones are 5mw and the other is 160 mw the higher the deeper it penetrates
