- Mr. Burns is up to no good again and it's up to Lisa Simpson and the power of music to stop him. She plays Mr. Burns some classical gas, which really gets on his nerves, so Mr. Burns has some classical gas up his sleeve as well.
This was a very simple video to put together, not much rotoscoping done but the biggest one was Mr burns laughing at the beginning.

I just love the idea that a town's retaliation against a billionaire who assaulted a child is to write a mean letter essentially calling him a "big dumb poopyhead".

Feels like something the actual show would do. In another life or alternate dimension, this would be the "Who Shot Mr. Burns?" two-parter.
Oh hey, that's current activism in a nutshell. One has to wonder what good a president's bodyguards would be if we tried overthrowing capitalism with more than just petitions and shouting.
Something about Homer running silently among the corpses is very ominous.
But on the bright side... free movies!

It was very nice of the Springfieldians to come to Milhouse‘s side at such a dark time in his life.
Although I guess, it ultimately led to everyone dying.
So I guess the moral is: Not everything should be coming up Milhouse.
The moral of the story is... if you survive the apocalypse, you get free movie passes.

@@DarkSimpsons The letter Mr. Burns got was right, though. But it's kind of a relief that he only drank Milhouse's blood/got it transfused, since at first it looked like he'd probably sodomize him.

At the end I awaited the scene where the smog turns Simpsons inside out.

Oh my god, this has to be the best one you've ever done. Great music, storytelling, and seamlessness! Homer running around at the end was such a non-sequitur that made the other things right on the level of absurdity as the classic seasons of The Simpsons. A+
Side note, I don't know if you do the subtitles, but at 0:45, "I've tried every teacher and potion and tonic" in the subtitles should be "I've tried every tincture and poultice and tonic." But that doesn't distract from how good this episode is!

Interestingly, a lot of Classical Gas memes from over the past few years have been showing up over the past Two Days on CZcams's Front Page and in my End of Program Recommendations, so it is interestingly fitting that we would get a Dark Simpsons episode on Day 03 of this to complete the trend; it's very similar to how I have been with Family Guy and The Cleveland Show since 20I8, I often see or think of a lot of references to a specific episode and then it shows up in Syndication on WLVI (Channel 056 in Cambridge, Massachusetts) within no more than 072 Hours of mentioning it (sometimes even the night of), it's surprising to witness this happen for me with an active Online Parody series that it truly makes me wonder if I am becoming more of a Media Psychic by the day.
