I like the chemistry these two. Millie is outspoken, confident and always has many things to say. Noah is the other hand, like an introvert person and comfortable being around his bff.
There is something about them that’s not right in my opinion which is she negs him a bit which bothers me. Noah seems like such a sweet person and I can see when Millie says something negative about him which she has in nearly every interview they’ve done (in this interview she said “your terrible at paraphrasing - which was just so nitpicky) he takes it like a champ but I wonder if all these little critical comments weigh on him later on. Sometimes you don’t realise a friend is actually bringing down until later on, it’s a kind of gaslighting.

In the beginning where she jokingly made fun of him, he was smiling and laughing. but i do agree with the "you don’t realize a friend is actually bringing you down" part

I think the best scene was the Running Up that Hill scene with Sadie escaping. Literally so emotional and my favorite part of Stranger Things by far! Cannot wait to see what Volume 2 has in store!

The way she carries herself and how she expresses herself along with the confidence and assertiveness she has, Millie talks and acts like a producer and director. She has a clear vision of what she wants and who she is. I wouldn't be surprised if she went down this path pretty soon. The way both of them bounce ideas with one another is pretty special to see. Heck, they could make their own movie, show, company, etc. The sky's the limit with these two. That's awesome.

I'm sad we didn't get much Will and Eleven interaction this season and them having a conversation as all their scenes had to do with either the bullying or hiding things from Mike. I kinda wanted to see their characters bond after the move, esp. since they are such great friends in real life.

6:19 I like how she brings this up. From the beginning she was surrounded by so many male actors and staff, and she was so young. I would have been hella uncomfortable at 10 having to work with so many guys, and Millie was homeschooled so she probably spent a lot less time interacting with guys outside her family and close circle. In the first season there weren't that many women in the main cast at all besides her and she didn't even have scenes with them. It's nice that she had a friend who made her feel comfortable

I have been watching this show for the past 6 years and I am tremendously in awe of how season 4 took place. Each season the production value increase but with each actor we get to see them grow as talented people. The waiting game is truly strong for Volume 2 but I am ready and can't wait.

I absolutely love Millie and Noah’s friendship! They’ve been best friends for so long and I think they are one of the few cast friendships that will continue after season 5 filming finishes. I love seeing footage of them hanging out outside of the set - it’s just great!
The way Millie talks about Noah just reaffirms my theory that he's one of the nicest and most talented guys out there, I can't wait to see what's next for him.

Sorry but when it first came on, that was cringe to even watch because clearly he has feelings for her ( Body language don't lie) and she's like never in a million years... Millie is so intelligent & good with words. I always love watching her interviews and the way she shows her personality but still keeps focus on the questions she’s asked & elaborating / giving such detailed and seemingly thought out answers as oppose of basic quick answers many other people give in their interviews. I admire her so much, she’s truly incredible and so good at what she does.

this season inspired me to get back into acting. It gave me a push again and I think I’ll always hold this season close to heart for that reason.
Edit: I want to add if anyone else who’s liking this feels the same way please go for it. Since this came out I’ve been doing all my research to get things in order to do what I need to do. Don’t wait and think about it. Jump in now and get going, don’t say “I’ll do it tomorrow”, it will always turn into another tomorrow. Just go for it, I’m not going to let my mental health control me and stop me from pursing what I want and what I know I’m good at anymore. Take control. Little me who was in those plays and choirs didn’t push herself for no reason. Don’t let yourself look back and wonder what if.

@@gxrach That’s okay!! I would maybe start with looking up local classes in your area. You can take individual ones on average they are about $20-$40 per class, that way you can try it and get a little taste for what it feels like. A plus with those classes is everyone is there for the same reason, I have severe anxiety but when I was in acting it was as if I was someone else on stage. Also you don’t have to stick with individual classes if you like it, there’s a lot of programs offered on zoom and in person and they will get you started :) I know it may not be very cheap to take lots of classes, personally I’m saving for each class so like im going to do a two day 6 hour one for $200 so I’ll do that while saving up for another :) I hope that maybe helps!

i def think they’ll be super involved in the last two! since that group is road-tripping from california to utah to where eleven is there’s not a lot to check in with them about since they’re just driving and realistically it’s a long drive!

When max is running and “running up that hill” is playing. One of THE BEST scenes ever. Emotional, powerful etc!!! This is a really good show from teens to adults to watch together.

she’s aware that the homeschooling impacted how she dealt with other kids, she really was mainly around just her family and castmates/set crew of adults all day, growing up she wasn’t around a lot of culture or diverse groups of friends to learn from, she was quite sheltered so she’s had to grow up all while being famous at 11-12, so instead of classmates telling her “you’re too loud” “stop interrupting you’re so annoying it’s rude” she had to deal with social media publicly bashing/telling her about herself, and being embarrassed by her cast mates eye roles in video compliations on CZcams that she herself said she saw, she even said she’s read through all the comment sections. Imagine the things she read…She’s seen all this shit. And then went MIA bc of it. Someone like Millie having someone like Noah be so kind throughout her growth process all the way to who she is now is a special, important thing.
(not that the other guys don’t seem supportive but it seems these two have always been branded the childish gooftball ones, despite them seeming the least judgemental fun and down to earth-you can tell there’s a different respect level with the other cast mates since they are the way they are, the more “mature ones” which isn’t all that cool lol, them being wild and fun has never been that serious, esp when they seem the most entertaining with the best fun moments. i could be wrong though! they just seem the sweetest and most loyal to me)

watching El go through high school & having to deal with such high amounts of bullying honestly broke my heart. it hit home way too hard & it made me cry every time she would get bullied. especially since she saved the world multiple times before but none of them knew. so watching a hero fall & get beat up by some bitch teens broke my heart. especially after she showed her model of the cabin & was talking about hopper & calling him her dad😭
