Love this deck! I pre-ordered it. It feels nostalgic as an 80's baby. I also relate to the feeling of being triggered in some affirmation. One of the things people say that drives me crazy is that you'll never be given more than you can handle. That has not been what I have seen or experienced. I did get this deck for my inner child and for reparenting. He's adorable!
Oh I’m with you on that phrase. As a special needs mama I’ve heard that a lot in my lifetime and it’s bs as often the stuff I’ve handled has taken me down and out. My capacity to rebuild and stand up again is far more linked to my unquenchable love for my children than my ability to “handle” life. Thank you for that 🥰❤️
@@CandySoulAndSoil Exactly! I hate when people say that but perhaps that is some people's experience who have a strong support network. I get you with not having that safety/security/support than many find in their family. All of my family has been broken beyond repair drugs/prison/homeless/death. Somehow I managed to make a life for myself and my kiddo (also special needs, we have so much in common!) but I have PTSD and chronic health issues. *sigh* I came to the tarot and witchcraft after years of my doctor's not being able to help me. I still work with them regularly but I've managed to take some initiative and power back into my own hands, actually maybe for the first time. ❤️ I've spent so many years repressing my sensitive, feminine, creative and intuitive sides. So much to learn! Lots of love to you and that you for all of your lovely videos! They make me feel less alone and inspired!

I am a preschool teacher and I think I also can use some of this cards when I am talking about feelings with the children. What about pairing it with The Gill Tarot? I love it with The Hanson Roberts (one of my first decks from the early 80's) and The Kawaii Tarot. I look forward to it's arrival 🐰🐇 (Great for Ostara)💕

Oh my! I usually try to stay away from Blue Angel decks because I just don't get along with their current thick matte cardstock in the slightest, but this one... Benny Blue looks so very precious and darling I just may have to give it a go. And the artwork really reminds me of all those picture books I used to read as a child in the 90s!

Love the look of this deck, although worried it may be triggering, although am doing inner child work. I am so sad to say I am estranged from my beautiful daughter who will be 40 this year, have no words to say how this feels, thought it may help. Thank You Candy for the flip through and explaining.💖💗

I'm still undecided about this deck, but I am beginning to explore inner child work. I think the Way of the Panda Tarot would be wonderful with this deck. I don't have it, but that's the deck that popped in my head as I was watching you pair different decks. Maybe even the "baby" (mini) size of the deck. 🥰
I too have issues with some affirmations decks. They don't feel at all supportive when I'm going through difficult times if they're all "love and light" based. I immediately feel angry reading that BS when times are rough. 😁 It's just not reality, and gaslighting ourselves isn't healing. 💖

I’m over here wondering if it would pair with Otherkin Tarot. Also wonder if it could be paired with reclaim somehow to make reclaim a little less intense. I also wonder about pairing with Kim Tsan’s Panda tarot, although I don’t have that one. What about Brady Tarot?
