Lovely video. I'm 55 years old and remember ladybird books. I had the beneath the oak tarot, which I gave away. I didn't vibe with it. I felt that the girl being in so many cards was unnecessary. Also the girl has her sight restored in the World card which I didn't quite like as I think that it could be interpreted as negative in some perspectives. I've recently received the witches garden which I really like but I feel that judgement, devil didn't fit into a witch themed deck. I'm waiting for the green witch tarot as I much prefer the judgement, devil card in this deck.

I love the Witches Wisdom Deck.

My eldest daughter collected swans all through her teens. We definitely had a few that you showed, including two of the metal deco vases. They were deceptively heavy. 🎉🎉🎉

I remember that Princess and the Frog book very much! I have thought about it so much over the years - and the dress and that drawing - her beauty and her cruel treatment of the frog. I remember feeling that sensation of her hot tears rolling down her face as she struggled to swallow her food getting stuck in her throat as she ate her dinner feeling so hard done by. Both feeling her experience and also witnessing it and her selfish behaviour... I wish I knew where my childhood copy was XXx

As you were talking I felt tearful and I felt the hurt and betrayal as you spoke about cruelty - it resonates deeply - as does the symbolism of the houses and the tumbling motion down the mountain - brought to mind two things - firstly in the second frozen film when the town starts to quake and all of the lessons in that story, and secondly of boscastle because I was there yesterday for my bday and my dad and hubby were discussing the floods that have come through the town in the past and destroyed so much; and I think my hubby said massive boulders end up tumbling through the town and it sounded terrifying - when you're there you can see the water levels from previous floods... just lots of images coming to mind and bringing more context and food for thought around your work here. thank u as always for sharing Candy. Hi, Candy! Thank you for sharing your creations with us. This inspires me a lot to dive into my own creative journey right now. I've never taken an art class before and felt for most of my life that art just wasn't a part of me. However, this year, I began creating pressed flower art, and it has changed my world. I appreciate what you said about not getting caught up on the title of our books; for the longest time, I recorded what was in bloom in what I called my Naturalist Journal, but with that name, I felt the rigid rules of scientific observation. However, when I began creating the pressed flower artwork in my planner, it suddenly became more of a casual process and therefore removed all blocks for me - I could be messy, I could be free. I want to be active in my spiritual practice, and so often the naming of processes inflates them for me and therefore intimidates me from participating from them. Next time I lose myself in my art, I will follow your lead and take times noticing the patterns in my work so that I can pull cards for them. The patterns are certainly there for a reason, right? ❤ Once again, thank you for what you do in the space and for being you! 😊

Oh, yes please talk more about your Thoth learnings and share about the King of Wands! That card has been coming up for me a lot lately! 🔥Loved seeing all of your July happys! And, as a mom of two teenaged boys, I can 100% understand and relate to that tugging of the heart strings as we watch our children spread their wings. Sometimes I will go back and look at pictures of my boys when they were younger and just wonder where have all the years gone? 😭They will always be our babies, despite their age. 💕
