2019 Hyundai Tucson 1.6T GDI Runs Rough, No Engine Check Light, What Could Be Wrong My Car!!!

Customer states..I was driving along minding my own business when I heard a loud poof sound then the vehicle started to shake and vibrate. Took to the closes automotive shop, they said it was the spark plugs. We replace the plugs but the vehicle still ran rough. Took to another shop and now I'm here at your shop...

Bro, huge problem with CZcamsr Mechanics, they are guessing way too many times on what year a vehicle is, the year is located in several places and it should be listed on the work order if you go to a shop to work on a car for them. Paperwork in the glovebox, stickers on a US car, VIN on a US or EURO car, scan tool data, not sure if the VIN system where you are works the same way but...... I am guessing that by the time you post the video, you do have the real year of the vehicle, all worked out. Suggestion, if the year is correct in the title, stop guessing in the video, please, it is hurting your rep DOGG. As you said, come on man, step your game up, love your channel.
