I don't shoot over 300 so I am not even close but fundamentals still apply.
I've just started shooting for precision with my AR. I've got a 200 yard shot on my property so I can work on trigger and stability but I'd love to get out to 600 or 1000 some day.
I would have thought the +200gr Berger Hybrids were the cat's meow. I suppose, at shorter, unknown ranges a faster/flatter bullet would be advantageous whereas shooting at a fixed/known it'd be all about getting the highest BC to minimize wind deflection.
