Roman empire would likely last longer. without popularization of Christianity Roman culture would be dominant, and much easier to spread, there would be no need to allow other religions to practice freely. Rome would be in much more control over crushing local cultures. repeated Jewish rebellions gives incentive to Romanize the populace.

A good example of what I said previously is Egypt. When the Greek hellenized Egypt, they also brought Greek philosophy with them. If Christianity never existed, it is fair to say that Greek philosophy in Egypt would have a massive impact on religious life. We know this did happen because the Jewish philosopher Philo (lived before spread of Christianity) used Greek philosophy as the basis for what he wrote. Greek philosophers actually wrote about monotheism being correct whereas Philo's philosophy has elements of atheism. So following this pattern, we can say that atheism and just general secularism (because the Hellenization of Egypt removed many things about the Egyptian religion) would be very popular
