I buy houses in the 10-40k range and sell for around 100-200k. I make around 70-100k in profit. I usually buy and fix around 10 a year.

For living room what is preferred- Curtains or Faux Wood blinds? Please provide some input.
We bought a house here in rural Alabama about the same size and condition as this (only with more land) for 20k, put 2.5k into remodeling, sold it for 50k. It's crazy how different areas of the country have such a difference in price lol. My jaw dropped when she said 1,000,000😬. People probably make more money over there though.
Ha! I know in other parts of the country housing prices are much lower! Good for you that you got it all done for much cheaper! You are right that the margins here are better.
Yeah but how much is your salary per year? A two-income professional household in bay area California could make over $250k year. With 20% down...they can afford it. But yeah $1 million is expensive. Phuck California... lol.

Re-glazed is just another name for paint from home depot B.S.
We did this to bathroom tiles. It’s a really cheap fix that ends up a peeling mess. I do not recommend it,

I live in CA and in my area, a 700k house is beautiful, new and modern. That's insane.

how the school district matter so much with the long school social distance? I wondering if this has change in California. I Florida new construction is going very high and exciting houses are flying sold in less that 3 days.
