So... a lot has happened since the last time I uploaded 👋😶
Thank you all for the unimaginable support on the Duolingo video and on the channel -- everyone's kind comments really brighten my day -- it's super cool to see people get excited about the same stuff that I do!! I recorded this video way back in May 2021 and spent months editing it, but I'm still unhappy with how parts of it came out 😔 I'll work harder in the future and hopefully keep a consistent upload schedule, lol !! 😭

In defense of bowtie pasta, try it fried and dipped in marinara. Parboil them for a few minutes until JUST cooked, then fry them in your choice of oil until golden brown, toss with salt, pepper, herbs, and parmesan cheese while still hot. Literally the only format in which I've enjoyed bowtie pasta.

I use OBS to record, Adobe Premiere Pro for cuts, and Adobe After Effects for the edits! And I definitely don't think it's talent 😅, but thank you!! I've just had a lot of practice and it takes me a long time because I'm super slow lol 😭

i fuc with rigatoni, a lil chew with some al dente rigatoni is just super tasty. also the corkscrew pasta thats kind of long, forgot the name, is pretty good, admittedly i have only had it at a pizza buffet but its pretty good pasta

the best pastas are radiatori BUT ONLY THE CIRCLE ONES NOT THE LONGER ONES. penne rigate, ravioli, and rigatoni. you cannot change my mind.
