- Do these if you STRUGGLE to Grow THICK, LONG and Healthy Hair | Hair Growth Tips | Type 4
Hey my loves welcome back to another video. Today I’ll be sharing 3 tips to help you kickstart your hair growth journey. These are tips you can implement in your routine for growth and retention.
Your hair is absolutely gorgeous! Castor oil is the goat!
Thank you! It really is the best 💯
Your hair is beautiful. I find that using hair grease to lock in moisture, for me has been a game changer. I use oil on my scalp and the hair grease to my hair only. I really want to get back to tea rinsing, I like the benefits it gave to my hair😊 TFS❤
Thank you so much for commenting and watching my video. Yes! Oils are amazing for hair growth and they have many benefits.
And your skin is great too
Thank you hun 🥰
@@PatriceDoyleyI'm a new sub please how often do u wash ur hair is it weekly or every 2 weeks in your growth journey?
Thanks so much Patrice, for your testimony on detangling on dry hair. Boy, was that a lesson learned for me as well!!!!! From now on, pre-poo or conditioner, always 😂
I love your accent...🥰...Insane!!!

Your twist out is beautiful!!
Thank you darling! ☺️
I love how you laughed at one point in time😩💚

Aww Thank you so much and thank you for the support ❤️
@@PatriceDoyley you are welcome 😊
Hi All😊 first time here. Love all the info., tips and the accent is lovely😊
I frequently go to the international Supermarket and shop for oils, teas, nuts, herbs so I have just about a lot and i use them. I simply love ayurvedic method for growing out healthy hair. I'm in this natural hair growth thing for like 2020 and I have had lots of start overs due to simply not moisturizing, combing out my hair while too dry and not using protective styles. Must admit I was being hard-headed and I paid for it. I've since then corrected all those things and my hair is growing, it's thicker etc. I keep my hair cover and love hair wraps too.
Now I saw that you are eating moringa nuts and drinking teas. Well, I am a tea drinking but I kinda stopped. I was only using my teas as Rinses, now since I've seen your video I will try eating the seeds and also get back to drinking my teas again. Lastly, just wanna say your hair is gorgeous 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. Loveit❤❤❤❤😊
Hello. Welcome to the channel. Thank you for your kind words and support. I can relate to you because I have a few moments along the journey where I had setbacks due to negligence as well. The journey is not linear but achieving the goal is definitely rewarding. Be patient and consistent, you will definitely get the results soon 🎉
Congratulations on your partnership sis
Thank you so much! 🙏🏾
Wow... Looking so cute dear, Ur hair is gorgeous. And am so much I love with the way u smile.
Thank you dear 😊
I need to start oiling my scalp more with my oil through the week. I do the rest!!!
Oils can be a great tool to help with hair growth especially when you find the oils that works best for you. All the best on your journey.
Adorable ❤ I heard like a blend of Jamaican and Korean accent. Am I right ? So amazing. And your hair is incredible. !!
Thank you dear. A Jamaican accent? Definitely. A Korean accent…. Well not really. I just started to learn Korean so I wanted to use a few of the words.

@@PatriceDoyley thanks my love. with a good, consistent routine , i believe that we can achieve all of our hair goals!
Your hair is beautiful, how many years is ur natural hair
Thank you🥰. I have always been natural but I’ve been intentional with my hair for about 4+ years now. I have experienced set backs along the journey but I’ve been learning from my mistakes.
I absolutely love your accent 😍
Aww Thank you 🤭
@@PatriceDoyley New subbie here even though I'm old enough to be your mother..lol
I'm never too old to learn🥰
lol welcome. I hope my content can be beneficial to you.
@@PatriceDoyley It already is 🥰
Thank you
You’re welcome
The seeds are great I take 6 of them a day with water cause it tastes yucky so I drink them lol
lol I feel you on that 😂😂. I am planning to up my intake to about 4 seeds per day.
@@PatriceDoyley you see the difference once u do.
Oh, I'm confused. It's known that oil clogs pores. Love your accent❤
Good point. Oils can be a great tool to assist you on your hair growth journey especially those infused with herbs. However, using too much oils in a short period can clog your hair follicles and have negative effects. There is a Jamaican saying; too much of one thing is good for nothing. I oil my scalp 3 times a week but I use a small amount of oil each time ( lightly apply the oil).
Thank you 😊
@@PatriceDoyley thank you for your video. This response is for the comment above your response. Not all oils clog pores. There are oils with comedogenic rating of 0 (argan oil, hemp seed oil etc) or 1 (grapeseed oil, rosehip oil) that will by no means clog any pore. Oils with a rating of 4 and above will leave pores clogged.
Ugh sis I need help my hair is falling out so bad I just don’t know what to do I’m losing hope! So u spray on scalp only or both scalp and hair? And then the mornings sees, do u take orally?
Please don't despair your situation may get worse, you can do tea rinses a few days a week. That will help, black tea, green tea n other ones. It did help me a lot, Hope this helps😌
Hi sis. Hair loss can be a number of things like stress or your DHT hormone is high or your routine needs some adjustments ETC. Herbs and oils are great to help regrow and strengthen hair. The hair tea is mostly a scalp treatment but you can spray it lightly over the length of your hair during your moisturizing routine. I take the moringa seeds orally. If you have any more question feel free to ask also do not be discouraged, growing healthy hair take time, trials and error. Please keep me updated with your progress.
Ps: Try using the tea 2-3 times a week then oil your scalp and hair with Jamaican black Castro oil or Grapeseed oil.
That is great advice! @lyndon
Thank u so much! I just started today I will continue thank u!
Thank u so much, I will try this. I will keep u updated! My hair has been shedding for a whole year literally!
Where can I buy moringa seeds
I don’t buy the seeds because I have access to a Moringa tree but I believe you can get them on Amazon.
Yes I love bus tea too lol
The best tbh
I am trying to grow my hair girl who did your hair in them twist
Then I hope the content on my channel can be of some assistance to you on your journey. I am the one who does my hair. I don’t really allow other people to do my hair for me.
Weird question.
lol it’s completely fine.
@@pria7538damn😂😂😂😂😂
@@PatriceDoyleyexactly!!!! Not everyone knows how to do our hair properly.
We tend to experience alot of breakage at the hands of another person
🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾💖💖💖💖
What can I use for premature grey hair
I will do some research and get back to you.
You are too cute 🎉
Thank you hun
You are too cute❤
Thank you ☺️

When they use a pic from the 5th grade and compare it to now.😢😢😢
Lmaaoooo!!! All pictures that you see in my videos are when I was 17 years old going 18 years old and it was a short period before I started being intentional with my hair. I think I’ve only shown a picture when I was 14 years old and that was to emphasize how short my hair was. I’ve been intentional with my hair since I was 19/20 years old and that’s a few years ago. So try again. You can just tell me that I look young and move on. Have a blessed day 🫶🏾
@@PatriceDoyley Who saw all of your videos? Girl I know you can tell this the first time I clicked on your channel I just commented on the click bait you know damn well I didn't watch your whole video it was a few seconds. You can see that on your end.
You didn’t watch all my videos yet still you decided to make the comment not knowing anything. What does that say about your personality? I’ve never click baited anyone on my videos. My hair has grown in the few years I’ve been intentional with it and I provide pictures to show. Every advice and DIYs are things that I use for myself. If it’s not for you then it’s just not for you boo.
@@PatriceDoyley So you still gonna lie and insinuate that I watched your videos when you know you're lying. I just saw this thumbnail for some weird reason it was in my suggestions and I saw the same thing most natural channels do and commented it's not that heavy. You know I never watched 1 of your videos damn.
Calm down sis it’s not that serious Lmaoo 🤣. FYI I can’t tell who watches my videos and who doesn’t so you can chill out. Plus I never said you watched my videos. There is no need to be defensive love.
Someone finally said the words
" Tiny needles on your head " This is what oil does to my scalp, hurts real bad!!..
lol. Does this happen with every oil or just some?
@@PatriceDoyley
Hi, for the past 4yrs this started to happen. Every oil I use. I got the real natural castor oil from Jamaica an was shocked & disappointed. I got a ointment fr the dermatologist that helps. Now I jus stop wasting $ on oils..
Have you tried putting the oils in your shampoo or conditioner?
@@PatriceDoyley I tried castor oil an still get the same pins & needles.
Question: I trim my hair on a regular,. Yet the end still feel coily dry dry dry. Y do u think?
I never understood this. Oils make my scalp ache a lot😢😢😢
