There's actually two versions of Obi-Wan in Disney Infinity 3.0; Episode 3 Obi-Wan (which you play as) and Old Ben Kenobi (as an NPC).
Technically it was Clone Wars Obi-Wan, not Episode 3.

In Star Wars : The Force Unleashed, Proxy takes the form of Episode 3 Obi-Wan when training with Starkiller and most notably when attacking Vader on Corellia. Old Ben Kenobi also appears as a boss fight in the Ultimate Sith Edition and the DLC's Tatooine mission, where you fight him in both physical and Force Ghost form.
There also psp where you can play as episode 3 obi wan in force unleashed mode
I am pretty sure that game has skins and he is one of them

10:30 You can combine the Battlefront II remastered mod and 1.3 patch to get access to a reskinned Battlefront 2 Obi-wan with extra skins you can take into battle from The Clone Wars seasons.
The Force Unleashed had a DLC where you fought Old Ben Kenobi, immediately followed by his force ghost.
In the 1991 version, you actually can't play him. He's just here to heal you multiple times. But yes he is present in the game

I mean, you pretty much covered EVERY single appearance of Obi-Wan Kenobi in a Star Wars game. I do remember The Phantom Menace tie-in game, I remember my uncle playing through that one, and I DEFINITELY remember playing through Revenge of the Sith tie-in game, Star Wars Battlefront II (2005), AND of course, the 2017 version which is THE best Star Wars Battlefront game since the 2005 version.

Pretty sure he appeared in the very first Battlefront as well (2004) as did a lot of hero characters, though they weren't playable, they just popped into the battlefield once in a while.

There was actually an Episode III game (that of course has Obi-Wan) that released for the DS alongside the game you talked about. It’s a 2D side scroller beat ‘em up and I hear it’s pretty good.

Lego Star Wars 2 Obi-Wan was my favourite Obi-Wan at the time, because in that game, lightsaber wielders were somewhat rare (obviously) one day I'll replay the game with Old Ben.
There was a plug in and play ROTS game from 2005 where you could play as obiwan, anakin, etc. There were 4 controllers that could unlock different games (General Grevious, R2D2, Yoda, and Vader) .

I played Star Wars Obi-Wan on the original xbox when it came out. Unreasonably difficult to the point it wasn’t fun anymore. I rage quit on some Naboo level where you had to walk along a very narrow path, and never played it again. I wonder if it would still be just as difficult today.
Jedi Starfighter came out on Xbox at about the same time and was much more rewarding to play.

If I’m not mistaken the wii version of the force unleashed you could battle in split screen as obi wan, also possibly a cheat code to play as him in the story
Star Wars: Empire at War is the best Star Wars RTS game to date (other than Star Wars mods for later RTS games, arguably). It was pretty great, and you can indeed command Obi-Wan around the battlefield. A neat feature about him and Darth Vader is whenever they find themselves fighting, nobody else can target them. Darth Vader does more damage than Obi-Wan, so he'd technically win, however Obi's abilities allow him to heal himself, so as long as his player pays attention to the fight, he can always beat Vader.

In star wars the clone wars 2002, you can play as obi wan in academy on geonosis. One of my all time favorite games. I would like to remake it someday.
You forgot Jedi power battles for the Gameboy advance. There you could also play obi wan :) loved that game!
Also there is an arcade game where you replay events of EP 4,5 and 6 where you have to do the trench run and eventually fight Vader. You could choose to take obi wan instead of Luke for the duel

To be fair, I found out about Republic Heroes as an adult and like it quite a bit. If you're going to complain about wonky platforming that takes getting used to and has little penalty for falling in a pit than a few lost points in a game where those are only important for unlocks and use it to label something as 'worst of all time' based off of that, I think that there are FAR worse contenders based off of that one little detail in a game that lets you play through a multi-part episode of an awesome animated series.

Jedi power battles was one of my very first video games that I owned for myself when I was like five or something, I never beat the first level that game is fucking brutal, also flight of the falcon was almost fucking impossible for me.
