Hope this helps those who have one. I know it will help me if I forget what the tips and tricks are.
Paper should not be thicker than 20lb or #20. Silicone BIke Chain Lubricant helps if it still doesn't work.

I just bought a 25mm button press and I'm having problems with the plastic and paper not going under the pinback properly. I'm using 20lb paper as instructed! Suggestions?

Is there a punch to punch out the print or do they have to be hand cut?
There are punches out there but I used scissors.
What size is the badges?
The trick to 24 lb+ is a backing and a smaller pic on top so it’s not wrapped itself

@@DaveMerc Dave, I get so much politics in all sorts of ways nearly everyday in every way. I'm sick of politics. It's not helping at this point, but causing trouble. This video of yours will be up for the next 20 years and if your please with it fine. When I see some one yelling that they can't enter a store because they're not wearing a mask, I know it's not because of a health condition, but politics. My only escape is at government worksites. Isn't that a GEM !
I agree with you. These are very troubled and emotional times and it's hard to separate fact from fiction. Hopefully after the election it will get dialed down a bit. I have never seen such division in the country and I know it's not usual for america. We are better than that.
