Fantastic explanation of the process! Love me a Quick Change, really makes the rear jump! Spray cheese shot! Nicely done! Go LGKustoms, keep moving forward!
Real nice job, the 32 is a real cool Hot Rod.
Very good job, Glad to see that you younger guys are keeping the sport alive . Hot Rodding and street rods were a big part of my life, last one I did was Tom G's 31 Ford model A truck running a 351 and a TCI frame, wish I knew of you guys back then Tom ,I think scraped the early 1960s mods he and his brother did when they installed the Olds in 1960...you would have loved to talk to him let me tell yeah, it was an old Victoria based Hot Rod, so was the Bloody Mary custom........I sub , to your channel , great job ..........
Awesome. Bloody Mary comes by to visit the shop regularly. What a great car
@@LGKustoms I worked with Dave Winters , he was an old Hot Rodder , and a pin striper , low rider and custom car painter good guy, I worked on the T-Bucket that ran an Audrun conversion in it , that car when I worked on it was owned by a dock yard worker lived in Colwood area. There , Dave told me they made a -El-Camino , out of a wrecked Nomad 5 tri five back in the day , That car as far as I know was still around in the 1980s....All the best to you Love watching local guys building rods
Rad man, you guys sure make it look easy, I know it's NOT EASY!
Nicely done as usual Lee 👍
Thanks
Gotta love a quick change, big doe item tho
Badd ass rearend!
Wow so cal front and quick change rear a few happy vouchers there. Sure to make a nice car a really nice car. Not the first time you have come across not square brackets. But as you said it could be for the off set9 inch. Thanks for sharing all this wonderful work you do. Cheers best wishes. Tim.
Another great project coming together, nice job Lee.
I bought a 29 REO from my uncle and its been fun trying to figure out the parts on it. He put a 9 inch in it and the wheel seal was leaking, and trying to figure out which one it was took along time as nothing was matching. Come to find out i was only a couple years in the 50s its a small bearing in a big ford sedan.
The fun of working on hot rods other people built haha.
Just like Magic... Another great video. Looking good, it will be great when she is finished out. Like the 29? sedan in the back there
Yea it’s a great little car. Came in for a new top and a few little things
I'd say a not so "quick change" - great work! What is that you're drinking? Is that what gives you your super fabrication powers? Kinda like Spinach is to Popeye? Cool little red rod at the end there.
I mostly drink coffee and bubbly waters
@@LGKustoms Actually I was referring to what you were drinking in the video. You used a cheese chaser.
Thanks for sharing ,always interesting and informative!
Killer Diff for a sweet Ride!
I like the quick change. T'would be nice to have freeway and track gears. Also the LSD is available.
Awesome stuff 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Leave the cables on the backing plates
You have really good taste for n misic
Thanks
Great video. The boy's first car is an MG?
Doesn’t the chrome process mess with the spring tension 🧐 I remember hood springs breaking back in the day 🥹
I’m sure they’ve got it figured out now, or they wouldn’t sell chrome springs. These ones are coming from QA1.
Maybe So-Cal should be subtitled Nor-Can?
Could you not get a longer slip yoke?
Yes that’s also an option.
I would have put disc brakes on not drums
Is that car fiberglass
Yes it is.
Isn't he a frog
From Quebec?
Great neat and considered way of doing the changeover. Bit surprised you didn’t wrap up that polished centre section before welding etc though. 🫣
Tig welding doesn’t create sparks.
Sorry for being late to class today. But I got your teachings down. Great video thanks for taking us along.
