Fun fact; Croatia is one of the youngest countries in Europe. It was used to be part of Yugoslavia until it gained it's independence in 1991. Croatia has vibrant colours, warm weather, stunning architectures, delicious food, laid-back and relaxed lifestyle, and warm and hospitable people.♥️😊

Great video. Epic drone shots!!! My family is from Croatia (pronounced Kroh-Aye-She-Ah, not Kroh-Asia LOL)... and I have been so many times. There are the big touristy destinations like Dubrovnik and that amazing water (inner wall) fountain (true story, that's the original aquifer built in 1438!!!). Oh, and that wall tour is truly incredible. The last time I did it was in 2014 and it cost $5 USD, if you can believe it.
But the true beauty of this amazing country is in the smaller villages and towns, the national parks and beautiful beaches dotting the coastline.
The people are incredible. The food is among the best in all of Europe. And it's easy to spend a month discovering my parent's homeland.
Croatia is no longer a secret. It's the hottest destination in Europe now. Especially with Germans. And you HAVE to see Zagreb around Christmas! They regularly win Europe's best Christmas decorations award.
Glad you got a taste. Thank you for showing people some of what Croatia has on offer.

Great Dubrovnik guide! I'm glad you liked your stay in our country that has to offer even much, much more than this city that is the most crowded and internationally recognised Croatian destination. But there are atleast several dozen destinstions that are also exquisite both in coastal and continental Croatia - thought small very diverse country of large number of differences depending on where do you come.
All of you are visiting predominantly coastal Croatia which I do get to some point but, folks, this is only one half of Croatia while the other half if continental! This country has a whole lot more to offer than just very crowded, hyped and usually much more expensive Adriatic places!
For the starters, theres magnificent and often overlooked capital city of Zagreb that is full of amazing architecture, history, major attractions, interesting vibe, quirky and world class museums, astonising city parks and greenery, great cuisine...
Also in continental Croatia you'll find beautiful baroque era city of Varaždin, grand medieval castles Trakošćan, Veliki Tabor and many more, Kumrovec - beautiful open air ethno village with preserved traditional Zagorje region architecture and museum of Josip Broz Tito birthplace, ... There's also Star shaped Karlovac old city centre, Sisak fort, old towns of Samobor, Čakovec, Đurđevac, ...
In eastern Croatia you'll also find amazing places: city of Osijek - beautiful place with amazing old town in baroque star shaped fort, Slavonski Brod - city with even larger grand star shaped fort and beautiful old Franciscan monastery and large central square, beautiful town of Požega with famous nearby Kutjevo vineyards, small town Đakovo with grand cathedral and old noble horse stables, medieval Ilok with interesting walls, palace and vineries, Vukovar for its huge historical importance with several great museums, Baranja region beautiful old villages andamazing food and vines, Kopački rit nature park, Papuk nature preserve...

The walls take 2.5 hours to walk so worth every cent as the views are amazing. We pay 40 euro for a look out tower in Sydney and yr down in half hour

I love Croatia, that's my go to holiday place. Split, Dubrovnik, Pula, Omis, Krka Falls, Plitvice lake, Hvar, Korcula are few towns that Ive visited. And I love GOT.
And you can go to Kotor, Montenegro from Dubrovnik or Mostar
It sure is a beautiful country! Next vlog we will actually be in plitvice lake ☺️

I was there mid August this year, Dubrovnik is one of most photogenic places I've been too, it's just beautiful! The Dubrovnik Wall walk is a must do, yes entrance is a bit expensive but it's well worth it, the views are stunning and it took me more than two hours to walk around it. Tip: do it in the morning, on your second day in Dubrovnik, not much people yet.

well, than recomendation perhaps - Bosnia is very close and they have Turkish cuisine in heritage as big part. Plenty of choices in very near surroundings. If visiting for longer period, I would suggest you to visit other countries that are near - variety on such small geographical area is amazing...
