You know how to tell a song is a great song? When it is covered by a group of talented young people 50 years later.
I’m 71 and was 13 in 1965 when I became a fan of the M&P due to this song. It’s not easy to take such a longstanding classic and remake it into something fresh and new as you have. Excellent work.

This is such a brilliant cover. The singers were on point. The bassist was amazing. The guitarists nailed their solos. There is something about acoustic guitar solos, when you nail it, it sounds brilliant and you can feel it here. Great job, guys!

Adding the extra vocalist was an amazing touch. All three women have amazing voices individually, but they meld together so well on the harmonies.
As for the backing, it really brought a fresh touch to this particular piece, bringing it up to date and giving it a whole new life.

Hi from Seattle! Used to play California Dreamin' on KUUU/Seattle 1590-AM in the early 1970's... and later on KBSG 97.3 FM "The Best Oldies" in Seattle in 1989, and all of you guys and gals rock this out so perfectly. KUDO's! Your video guy is doing this justice too!

Nearly shut this off in the first minute, and then WOW, the strings began to soar. Singers took off on cue and this turned into a wonderful cover.

Um!!!!!!!!!!!! One of my favourite songs of all time, still in my head as the Mams and Papas, and now this comes along to blow it all away. Still processing just how really good this was, but all I am left with is, what a fabulous mix of great music and great singing produced by great musicians and great singers.
