Swapped out the tiny little OEM intercooler for this behemoth made with billet end tanks! Easy install guide to help you prepare or watch along as you as you do it!
Increased the turbo noises as well.

Hey Joel, so I just had my PRL intercooler installed and like 2 days after, the emissions light came on and it’s not going away, did you have this problem? I know the airflow is a huge air flow increase from the stock one. Any idea why the airflow sensor is throwing codes to the dash? I’m planning on tuning it soon once I get the Hondata flashpro but is that the reason why or is there another reason why I’m seeing the engine light come on. Please give me some advice so next time I go to install the next part on. I’m stump.
No, I did not have any problems with the intercooler! Did you plug in a scanner to the OBDII port to see what the check engine light is? Sound like you may have left something unplugged or something like that.
My mechanic at Honda is telling me that it’s the temp sensor that we needed to remove to put the intercooler in. He keeps thinking that’s the problem and it’s getting too hot where he placed it. I think I have a screenshot from when I put scanner in the OBDll port. The salesman at Honda saying that I need a tune which is weird for a simple bolt on.
No, that intercooler does not need a tune. You should find out what the code is.
I figured that. Once I find the code, is it possible for you to help me out? I think it was saying something about the MAF. If that’s the case, any ideas from there? I still need to install the intake and the titanium inlet pipe which I’m probably gonna try and do that today at some point.

Why did you have to relocate the temp sensor?
The intercooler is much bigger and hits it where it is originally located.
Any increase in turbo lag ?
Nothing I could notice
How much extra HP
I didn't dyno with and without the same day to compare
