#supercross - Sport
Broc, why keep it short we anticipate the track walk every week, whoever is coaching the 20 minute max thing doesn’t understand the audience, we love this part it kicks off our race day so we dream something other then the norm!
Thanks to Dunlop and you 🏁❤️
Amen
I definitely appreciate your feedback! This one could have been 45 minutes long!
These guys absolutely ripped in their day.
Thanks for the track walk guys. Good stuff.
👍
Great to see Jeff, he was always a respectful rider and role model for the sport
Absolutely!
5280 feet in a mile boys, it's far from a mile long. Great to see Jeff Stanton again.
Maybe they are thinking of a moto mile😂
Google map measures about 3600' of stands
Yeah, if I heard the actual distance right (3840??), it's only 0.72 mile (a little less than 3/4 of a mile).
I guess I heard the distance wrong the first go around, it's only 3400 ft which is around 0.6 mile (a little over a half mile).
Let's equate it to CTE
Could listen to you 2 All Day long🔥.. Walking BADASSES right here 💪👊 TY Champs ✌️😉
Best track walk to date.
Thanks Bobby!
Thanks to you guys for one of the best track-walks I've seen for years. Always interesting and insightful. Go Max.
Thank you, Max is one to watch, an excellent sand rider.
Broc you do a great show, an its awesome to see Mr. Jeff Stanton. He still looks fit, great to see him. Great walk around Broc.
Broc is the PERFECT HOST. Good choice, Dunlop!
Thank you Ralph!
Thanks Brock. Good to see you Mr. Jeff Stanton!!!
This video is awesome, and these guys are awesome. Jeff is having a moment right now, very relevant in the industry is several ways.
Great job on the industry creating content, excitement and business. There seems to be a lot of the greats from past eras still involved.
Great track walk Broc Glover and Jeff Stanton !
💥✊😎👍💥
The track walks are cool this is only my second time watching it was awesome having Jeff on here with you both of you were favorite riders of mine
Thanks Broc and Jeff, super fun track walk. Congrats to JS grand marshall.
This was a particularly fun track walk for me as well! 👍👍
11:59 Impressive camera work to keep Broc & Jeff in frame while scaling that over-under and not falling.
They ain't moving as fast as they used to on the bikes. lol
Im 66 and i was following Jeff Stanton. Holy shit ,hes looking alot different. God im old.
He shaved his head!
Life's little ironies💡 I've been reminiscing of my only bike week excursion 89' Gainesville, Dade City, Daytona. Every enthusiast should stamp Daytona off the bucket list. I also bitch yearly about the newer cookie cutter, nighttime, less gnarly RC4 event. Stanton (& Bradshaw 125E) won in 89' on a man's track. Hoping for a rough one tomorrow. Thanks for taking me along👍
Great track walk.I love to hear the attendances are all time at the track and the TV viewers are tuning in.👍
Before the days of internet both of these guys were front cover on all of the moto magazines, and both are hall of famer's. Broc is probably 10 years older than than Jeff. Funny how the sport never leaves a person long after it leaves you.
Great review again! From two true champions. Love it!
So keen Jett and Eli go head to head. Both in form at an awesome track like this. 👊
Keen ?…🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wow! What a long track walk by the legendary vets! Can you say workout?!
Six-time Stanton was a force in the 90’s despite only racing half the decade.
I sure miss the Hannah, Glover, Bell Yamaha Day's, i lived in Pensacola and would go to Atlanta Super Cross and Nationals,,,,North of Atlanta,,,,,,,,Daytona Super Cross and St Peteresberg Nationals,,,,,,Houston Super Cross,,,,,,,so many great riders back then and races,my parents got me and brother YZ 250's for Christmas in 1980, mine was a 79 model but brand new for 800.00 dollars,,,,brothers was a 1980 model for 1,100 dollars
Great track walk, always appreciate your work
Thank you!
Keep them coming.
Wow! Glover and Stanton. Fantastic. I would love to see the GOATS back on a track, Glover, Stanton, Johnson, Ward, O’Show, Bradshaw……man I miss 2 stocks.😂
Awesome track walk Broc Glover & Jeff Stanton . Thank you both for a outstanding job counting down for qualifying 💪🏻🔥🇺🇸🏁
Thank you for watching and commenting again this week!! 💪 🏁
Right on guys...I remember back in those days...awesome
Good job guy love the track walk and talks
Great episode. Really cool seeing Jeff again
👍
Stanton was a great guest
Nice, Two of my favorites!
👍👍
Good stuff guys, you seem to be getting some really insightful guests recently. Great to hear some opinions outside of the usual media guys
When I was a b rider I watched Jeff Stanton in Stanton Mi at Morelands do battle with John Grewey. They were neck ta neck Mind you Jeff just won a championship, shocked to see him in Stanton, and John G blew the chain, otherwise not so sure Jeff would have won. Jeff and Broc are two of my favorite riders from yesteryear. Great track walk guys.
Thanks Joel!
Anstie on a Triumph would be kind of cool
Jeff seems like he's a fan
Gonna be some more sick racing. Love moto❤🏍🏁🔥
Jeremy Stenberg, Twitch. When he was a kid, he said Jeff Stanton was his hero. Jeremy went to a race to get Jeff's autograph. When he went up to Jeff, he was sitting on something eating a cup of soup. When Jeremy asked for his autograph, without looking Jeff said, " I am busy". Jeremy said to this day he always has time for fans.
Great stuff…
These two might be a long time retired….but still got that racer/rider vibe
This isn’t just another race, It’s Daytona and it couldn’t come at a more important time in the series.
Eli is the only current Daytona winner. Whoever wins it is going to establish momentum in the series.
Most likely, we’re going to be treated to an epic duel.
Eli knows the balls in his court.
Yesss
🤘
Don't be silly Jet. Just ride your race 👍 🇦🇺
Wonder how many guys are going to get hurt this weekend. Those long fast rhythm sections already were giving the guys a lot of issue just cruising around on press day. Cant imagine how bad it’s going to be when they are going all out and sending those sections, then add in those deep ruts that Daytona always gets and also looks like Atleast some rain as well around race time. Hope the rain isn’t much and just some drizzles here and there. Love this damn race though, but I can already see a few guys will end up with some bad crashes and injuries… Jeremy Martin will probably be one of them (hoping not, his luck is just horrible)
ET3
I agree with you Eli’s history and data shows he should win , the one new factor is Jett’s speed , I don’t think Eli has had to beat anyone at Daytona with Jett’s speed , I respect that your a champion thank you for the track walk , I’ll accept your 1.00 bet on Tomac and raise you 1.00 on Jett winning!
No disrespect to the legends of moto, but can we just see Daniel Blair and Broc ,,, every other week?.🎉Then ad a legend for three.. It works in the booth.😂
Fuk'n love track walk! Glover and Stanton 👍
Adam, appreciate you tuning in!! 👍
5280 feet in a mile dudes
Jeff rounded up 🤣
Brock ask Jeff Stanton if he remembers taking a guy to the hospital with a broken leg in the back of his truck with his wife. Grass Valley California @ Greenhorn river back in the 80s.
Mookie MAYBE could be that one time supercross winner from Daytona. That’s probably the only chance I see
Nice little tag for Triumph but the reality is and you know it it's Haiden,
I wish Daytona was a few weeks from now , Eli sounds like he's not 100% yet when he said he's "Getting better" which sounds like he's still working his way back. A 90% Eli is still a fierce competitor though .
He’s better. He’s talking about his speed and stamina isn’t to 100% yet. His injury has been healed, but he’s pretty much where he’s going to be at his age and after a bad injury. It’s just excuses because he’s not winning.
WE NEED JAMES STEWART, RICKY, CHAD & THE KING IN THIS TRACK WALK NEXT
Clearly doesn't know how many feet are in a mile....
I was like WTF 😂
Maybe it's a moto mile😂
5280 ft in a mile?
@@tracybrooks215 idk anymore 😂😂😂😂
Track is just a hair short of 2/3 of a mile. Still a super long supercross track.
And I think it should be 20 minutes OR 20 laps, whichever is longest. Daytona ain't as gnarly as it used to be.
Daytona Supercross 1991 Jeff Stanton - Jean-Michel Bayle
czcams.com/video/X8pzFLdHVzk/video.html
Stanton rode Daytona back in 1984..... with his math that makes Jeff 80 years old. 😅
🤣🤣🤣 hey us motocross racers never claimed to be smart 🤣🤣🤣
Respect, but when you talk about a section its ok to take the camera and show the sections more often. Reference the first turn. Didnt show the look at all.
nbc peacock Color is now green$ SX is or getting bigger than baseball.
Jeff doesn't let him run over him with interruptions like usual. He pushed through the babbling. Took control , Well done. I find the weekly manic interrupting annoying.
Corporate MX SUCKS !🤦♂️
