Thank you for clarifying this question Dr Vasyukevich. Does the deep-plane facelift carry a higher risk of nerve injury?

It is possible that deep-plane facelift carries a higher risk of nerve injury , but highly unlikely in experience hands! So definitely choose your plastic surgeon wisely!

40-44 years old, still good for mini facelift?

For a person aged 22, and who had sagging because of shaving jaw angle bones and taking cheek fat out, would mini face lift still be needed to be repeated in 5-10years? As the natural ageing process hasn't started and sagging is only because of previous procedures?

A mini facelift should revere the sagging resulting from the bone shaving surgery. If you do a mini facelift at 22, you might be seeing some aging changes appearing again in your late 30s early 40s.

Would you consider a MACS facelift a mini?
